I'm so glad that you recognise the Phillipines as a powerhouse re International beauty pageants as I do ! Ps, I'm happy that Celeste won Miss Universe Phillipines but my sentimental favourite was Michelle Dee ! Can't wait for you to start posting about Miss SA 2022 ! The entries closed this past Friday!

Nope, they didn't get the questions ahead of time. It's just that it was about their personal lives that's why. Plus, these women are just eloquent. ;)
I don't think their questions were not given ahead of time in the top 10. There was a preliminary interview and I think it was from that which is related that is why the answers of the top 10 are heartfelt. So far thank you for your honest reaction! 💖
The actual first and second runners-up are Tourism and Charity, respectively, which makes the 1st and 2nd runners-up actually 3rd and 4th runners-up, respectively.
