NDAVI NOKERI!!!
Miss SA 2022 has concluded and we have a BRAND NEW Miss South Africa!'
We also found out that the Miss South Africa Organization will also be adopting Miss Universe's new rules and allowing married, pregnant and women with children to enter!
As well as the fact that the Miss SA Org will try as best they can to have the reigning Miss SA competing at ALL THREE major pageants to which they hold the licenses: Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Supranational.
Speaking of Miss Supranational, Lalela Mswane looked stunning as she handed over the Miss South Africa crown to Ndavi. As Miss Supranational 2022, she was sporting the lovely Miss Supranational crown.
All in all, the production was AMAZING as usual. Miss South Africa is truly amazing.

I knew Ndavi was going to win. But Lebo guys 😭😭 she was queening until that top 3 answer. I also knew Ayanda was going to pull a Thato, as great as she is She just didn’t have a winner’s aura.

That top 3 triplets thing was a disaster.Glad they killed it. 2 out 3 performed poorly internationally . The only saving grace was Thato.
Shudu the reigning miss S.A of that year was extremely prepared and the world witnessed her great beauty with purpose but with miss world you will never know and transformation is not easy and we have never seen a bald queen be crowned. Shudu did everything that she could and we are proud of her. Equally so Natasha gave exceptionally great performance at miss universe probably her critique could be that she was crowned 2nd runner up and be send to miss universe and that could have been a challenge for miss universe. I liked both of them they gave exceptionally great performances int their respective international pegeants regardless of not placing high.Thato on the other hand was undeniably not to be placed high at supranational. Having said that I am glad now they were so explicit that the winner will compete in all international pegeants unless she is unable to and avoided last year's confusion
@@charlesseakamela6212 I did not blame the individual, I just said it did not work out at all. And I gave props to Thato because we got to experience her energy/light. Thato is just that girl.
I really wanted Tamsyn to go all the way, and the content of her answer was good. I just think she held back in terms of confidence and conviction in giving the answer. Like now was not the time to be shy.
I think Luyanda should definitely come back.

My top three IN ORDER! In the top five I had Luyanda instead of Luve. Ndavi is going to do us proud! Ayanda was my sweetheart. A firecracker! Luyanda needs to come back in three years, and win it all!

Was an amazing show. The whole arena was supporting all the girls ❤️. Miss U 2021 was wearing a beautiful orange dress. Looked like some kind of traditional beading. The top 3 answers my goodness u had to see and hear the crowd
I like the idea of a top 2 instead of top 3. At least the winner still gets to get their deserved spotlight by competing at at least 2 pageants. I trust Ayanda to bring us a crown or at least place high. I hope she won't be too short there.
Why don't they crown three Miss SAs. Miss SA Universe,Miss SA World, and Miss SA Supranational with the number of sponsors that they have they could definitely pull it off

Loved the reaction! Very interesting how they changed things this year. Ndavi was my winner, and I'm very happy Ayanda and Lebo made it to Top 3. I hope Ndavi doesn't burn out with that load of internationals!
I personally don't understand the point of this top two situation. Why not just follow the traditional crowning format and the let the first runner up step in if the official Miss SA cannot fulfill her duties anymore.
I mean that's basically what going to happen anyway with this top 2 thing. It's just now they unnecessarily excluded a girl that worked so hard and deserved her flowers and recognition.
They dont want a first runner up because intetnationally like in miss world they dont like runners up competing amd wont crown a runner up. Even see how miss universe ignored our 2md runner up. So therefore its top 2 and a winner. Inprefer that
@@michealludick6889 I mean yeah I guess. But in all honesty whether you call it "top 2 or 3" or "first and second runner up" doesn't change the fact that another person, who wasn't the official winner, will step in to represent the country.
It's just unfortunate the way that they chose to do it because it doesn't highlight the other girls for the work that they've done and how far they got. And in reality won't change the version of events. But that's just how I see it.
I truly feel like this whole 1 girl goes to 3 different pageants is wrong. Remember how the Miss SA Org shined back in 2020 with Natasha, Shudu and Thato going to Uni, World and Supra respectively. They were able to give us variety and we were able to see each girls growth along the way. Even though none of them won an international pageant they were able to leave an impact internationally and we still love and follow them lovingly to this day whilst Shudu was able to perform her Miss South Africa duties exceptionally and reached through to us with Mental Health Monday's. With Lali's Miss South Africa duties we weren't really able to appreciate her Be Ready project because she was going back and forth with competing at pageants whilst her runner up's potentials were not being put to any use.
If Miss South Africa really define themselves as an empowerment platform they should be able to empower more than one woman at a time. Imagine if Ndavi went to Universe, Ayanda to World and Lebo to Supra and we get to see how they grow and bloom. If they are so scared of runner up's being overlooked internationally they should crown 3 girls the same way that Puteri Indonesia does. Like with Puteri Indonesia we get our overall winner who goes to Uni but they have other girls representing at the two other pageants and we get to see the 3 Miss Indonesia's share their different messages and make their mark internationally which is the true purpose of pageantry. If Miss South Africa has to compete at 3 different pageants internationally that really doesn't guarantee that all of them would lose one title and win one of the two others as our Lali did. With this format the Miss Sa Org just looks hungry for international crowns and does not really prioritize women embracing their future and facing their power. Plus, it is going to be a tiring thing for the reigning queen to pull off. I just say crown 3 girls and discuss and choose which one goes to which the way the did in 2020.
NB- Miss SA Org stated that they will also open doors for pregnant and married women to compete , remember this will only be possible at Miss Universe so what will happen when a woman who is married or has been pregnant wins next year 😐 which is why I emphasize that they should just crown 3 girls and be done with it else they will face a lot of future complications.
I'm just hoping Luyanda didn't win because they didn't want to waste her. they cut her wings so short
Exactly. If she won miss SA she might have not won Miss U. She is the total package. She needs time. We need her to return coz she has strong miss U energy. She can definitely win in future.
Luanda needs to come back, definitely
She needs to go and mature enough, she is stunning and I think she wl do good in future

She's beautiful well deserved but I feel she need to work on her walk I want to see more hip movement she must watch more videos of miss universe Phillipines Catriona and secondly she must wear brighter colors and not black the perfect gown for her would have been the red dress queen b was wearing because if u look to the gowns Thailand or Philippines or India wears South Africa have no chance

That’s true and it’s wrong
It still makes me mad because we all saw that Natasha was not ready for any type of crown. They wasted Natasha and her potential to be the future Miss South Africa. They could have given her time to grow and return
@ LT and to be future miss Universe, she said that she's not done with pageants which means she would've came back ready and stronger to win it all.

She should train in the same way Lalela performed in Miss Supranational. That was a totally different Lalela from what we saw in Miss Universe.
TRUE. Lalela didnt show her potential in MU but she was on fire in Miss Supra. She just flipped!! I hope she will get the same training as well!

I agree with you over ball gowns, although I thought a brighter colour would have helped Tamsin more. I long for plain gowns like she wore, and hated most of the other gowns. Where is the colour?

I don't know about top5 but after qna it was well deserved top3. Tamsyn and luve were given right spot and their answers were not as strong as top 3. Love from India 🇮🇳

I did not like her at first too, but I really like how authentic she is. She needs to come back next year. She just need to build her confidence. Everything else is on track. Next year is definitely her year.
If she had won would have been drowned by this year's Latina blondes. The same way Natasha was drowned by Latinas who had similar looks but were more fierce and commanding.
