Tea rinses are the truth for sure, l can literally feel the strength with my hair and it adds volume to the hair. I love Ayurvedic tea rinses, it’s amazing
I do a rosemary cloves tea blend as my last wash day step b4 moisturizing and I don’t rinse. I was afraid that it would dry my hair out but it actually retains moisture for a couple more days. I even refresh my scalp with the tea mid week when I remoisturize….hair smellin like pot pourri, lol! I love it! Thanks as always for sharing❤️❤️❤️
I'll try the tea rinse soon. I have started the fenugreek mask and I like how my hair felt soft. Looking forward to how my hair will change with further use. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and tips. :)
Sis using fenugreek as an oil, a hair mask or even a tea spray on your hair is going to make it thick thick girl trust me. Just follow up with a moisturizer so you don't get protein overload just in case if you use it often and depending on your hairs porosity.
I always like watching your videos because you have good content. Also your hair looks a lot like my own and shrinkage is real. Keep up the awesome work sis and thank you for the tips and tricks 😊💛💚❤️🖤🌈
I know fenugreek is incredibly good for hair. I Make the rinse...use after shampoo and leave the rinse in.... Amazing. Trying herbs As recommended. My hair has become very thin and too fine....so I'm trying your very good advice.
Make sure you aren’t deficient in anything, reduce stress, handle your hair gently, and incorporate herbs into your regimen. Look into Ayurvedic herbs that reduce hair fall
No shampoo first then rinse and rinse it out with water and just dry off with a microfiber towel and use whatever hair products you like when your hair is a little damp/dry

Also, I used Avocado Oil because that's all I had as far as oils at the time
Can one use moringa as a tea rinse ?
Yes you can.
Do you keep the used herb leave over in thw fridge or do you freeze it?
I leave it in the fridge but you can freeze it if you like. Works either way!
Do you shampoo again after the tea rinse?
