N93003 sits atop my desk as a model along with ZK-OXB
Glad they returned your computer to you!
As an american airlines pilot i can confirm this is my plane
Ahhh yes Americans A319-115s with IFE and sharklets ya love to see it
Kudos to the honest person or people who returned your computer!
I laughed when I saw "#notmysafetyvideo" lol. Good job. That was funny.
:b
6:20 with the announcement speaker I thought this was a former Frontier airlines A319, anybody know?
AmaZing report. Thanks. Is there any way to know in advance if you have the old AA interior is this new one with the IFE or is it rolling dice until you board for A319?
Also, did you find row 2 limited recline due to bulkhead behind?
Thanks again. Love your reports
Hmmmmm, on the website there’s no way, but if you use Flightradar24 you could see the flight number’s history. If it’s being operated by sharklet A319s, you’ll get the good cabin. Since these A319s are more capable than the us airways ones, they’re treated as their own sub-fleet, so this will be the only way to know. Do keep in mind last minute subs can happen though
Hi love your vids!
I have worked and lived in Leon for 7 years now. originally from Portland OR. great video
Nice!
#Ilovethesafetyvideo
Great video. What were you filming with?
I filmed with an iPhone 7
Sadly these seats are all gone we are stuck with no IFE now
Looking at some recent AA videos on sharklet A319s, the LAA interiors are still present. You may be talking about the LUS wingtip A319s, that were refitted with the infamous Oasis interior.
lovely video !!!!
My next flight to Miami has this kind of IFE. I can't wait.
Nice! Always nice having it onboard
Awesome Video. They Turned The Strobes on A Little Late lol.
Thanks! Airbus has this option that when you set the strobes to auto, they won't come off till rotation. Which not many pilots use.
Your view of out the window during pushback was quite surprising, It wasn't what I was expecting, in the sense that I was expecting more planes to be in the new livery
They where mostly MD80s, which are not gonna be painted in the new livery.
iTripReport Ohh that's right, the entire MD-80 fleet is going to be retired by the end of the year or something, so it would be a waste of money to repaint them
On a 2 hour flight at night, I am surprised you got as much as you did.
Matthew Battle we used to get a hot meal on this flight 3 years ago
Loving those MD80's at pushback! AA seems to have a strict policy of not allowing passengers to video or photograph their employees, really am surprised that neither the gate agent or the late-arriving captain said anything
Sad to see that they are slowly decreasing. Its not really a policy, its more of the mood in which the FA are in. I've had some who told me not to record, and others who don't really care.
Now it’s gone it has been for over 2 years
I'll flying American airline next week from ORD to SFO!
Great video! I'll be flying on AA First class for the first time in a few weeks on an A319. Does the last row of first class have the same recline as the first row or is it reduced due to the wall separating first and economy?
I'm on seat 2F
It has the same amount of recline
Kinda cool how American flys to Guanajuato without having to use their smaller regional planes like American Eagle .... on the other hand United airlines does use the ERJ-175 (United Express) to Leon/Silao so basic :/ I wish United had an entertainment system like the one on the plane
Well the flight was great the only thing that ruined it was the vibration but after all very good video
2 days ago I was flying back from Florida and I took an A319 from Charlotte to my home. The interior looked the same(I could tell it was the latest interior) but there were no ifes. Bad luck I guess.
You flew in one of Us Airways A319s, which where acquired by AA during the merge. Both AA and US 319s are never mixed in their schedules, and they each operate different flights. You'll have a higher chance of flying in a newer A319 if you fly out of an ex AA hub
did the 2nd row seat recline?
Wow. 4 Super-80s in a row parked next to each other! Let's enjoy that view while we can! Also, fantastic video! I'm a frequent AA flyer, and I do agree that those advertisement announcements are quite annoying. Which engine do you prefer more on the A320 series, IAE or CFM?
LOL i went on the same kind of plane your on and i had such a hard time with the touchscreen to and in since i wasn't in first class i didn't have a remote making it harder :D
Great trip report. I usually use delta but I can consider American Airlines
Hey what do you use to edit and where do you get the map from
My family lives in Leon and I live in Santa Barbara, ca. Wonder if you can fly from Santa Barbara airport (SBA) to Leon international airport (BJX) p.s you probably have to get a layover at Los Angeles international airport (LAX)
[BTW] love your vids ✌️🤞
Thanks! Sorry I dont think I plan on flying out of Santa Barbara soon, two reasons being if I wanted to get to Santa Barbara, it would mean driving through LAX, which could be a waste of time. But I'm thinking of flying the LAX-BJX route soon.
iTripReport cool what do you tho in Leon
Try to fly a Boeing 787 or777
I was born in leon and have family there
You just can't beat a CFM spooling up to to/ga. I would rather have a CFM than a Rolls Royce Trent XWB. Both have an amazing time but the CFM provides the perfect Buzzy Bird.
how much is in flight entertainment like tv and all like is it the same features you get on JetBlue? Or I should be asking what included in your amercian airline flight when you have personal screen like that my last American airline flight was music or the movie that was in 2008 from Dallas to Puerto rico
+Share the Road If your flight has individual screens and/or personal device entertainment, this is what you can expect entertainment.aa.com/november-2017/. Which should cover most of not all of their mainline aircraft
Is this American Airlines Airbus A319 (319)
Hello, at exactly 22:17, you see that the strobes have been turned off, Why is tha?
The Spanish version of the safety video is so sad😂
when will you fly Delta like there 737?
I flown it in the past, hopefully I can add one to my flight itinerary this year
Cool
Gate a18 in Boston at southwestairlines
What is the music at the intro?
music can be found on the description below
That’s aconamy class
Matthew Km yeh (economy)
*AA realizes that free IFE is costing them too much*
*takes it away on 737 MAX orders :(*
2012: Wonder what we could do to make our PaxEx better... IFE!!!
2017: haha nope
~oz~
the sound engine same A320/B738
Yes it does, the A320 family share the same engine, the CFM56, just different thrust. The 737 has a slightly different version of the CFM56, which was made specially for them. Hence the near same sound
at 11:26 what is that
I'm not seeing anything, , could you point out towards the area that you are talking about
iTripReport u could see a light or something like that
If you are talking about the one on the top of the screen, then its probably a reflection from the window, but idk.
iTripReport ok
according to american, no more ife
I heard, starting with their MAX. Hopefully they think about it twice
iTripReport they didn’t think about it twice
Unfortunately, you're not wrong. They aren't taking IFE completely out of all their aircraft, as they are of course going to have it on their current international aircraft (not 757s, 767s). However, they aren't going to have it on their domestic aircraft anymore. I'm not sure what they're going to do about their domestic aircraft that already have it, such as 737s, A319s, and A321s, but all domestic aircraft currently getting delivered to AA, like the 737 MAX and A321 NEO, won't have IFE. Just enjoy it while you can right now.
Hermoso mi Guanajuato.. Saludos.
Estoy orgulloso de ser de Guanajuato. Un estado muy bonito
Are you American or Mexican Citizen?
Born in Mexico, but I have dual citizenship
iTripReport Oh, I presume you don't like Trump Then. I do
*Dont
LazyGuy222 2 and my guess is that if he is, you'll cry and scream and call him intolerant.
Here is my political viewpoint. I dislike Trump, but I also dislike all the Liberials who overreact. So I'm in between.
