Green dragon bots discussion: some accounts are paid irl money while others are paid in bonds. Jagex gets $$ for membership each month less desirable to ban.
I wonder... TLDR: spawn a fake player and look at teleport response times. Full rant: Is it possible for jagex to force spawn a player, invisible (call it a ghost) in a region of the game? Can they also detect how quickly a player teleports since the spawn of this player? Now, it could just be that someone (not a bot) was teleporting as soon as jagex spawned this ghost so their results would need to be compared with future results. If a player teleports instantly or soon thereafter every time the ghost is spawned they deem them a bot. Some maths: if the odds of teleporting as soon as a ghost is spawned is 1% (for easy numbers) and this occurs 3 times, then jagex can be 99.999999% sure this player is not a real player.
its the revenant cave, there are no green dragons in a slayer cave. The only ones outside of the wilderness are the ones located underneath of the Dragon slayer 2 tower

Hey Sir Pugger! I have been bot busting the Air Obelisk bots and I noticed something kind of cool and maybe of use. I started at 76 killing them with ease and then it adapted and made the bots JUST under my range by like 1 level. If you had different level alts set up you could just straight up haunt them.
I think it would be great for Jagex to bring you on the bot busting team and let you ban them real-time when you find them so you don’t have to wait till jagex sees the reports
The problem is they hire ppl to do this and they end up quitting or doing something bad. You are hired to ban cheaters but your boss is over your shoulder just making sure you only ban a few of them not all of them
I think awarding sir pugger with a P-Mod rank in game would be more suitable then to “hire him”on the “bot busting team”. Cuz imo, their isn’t any “ bot busting team” besides the outdated “bot watch” tool they use.

@@sgtnubbings6501 their system is shit. Only public bots are caught through their system. Private bots depend on being caught after some time. And people wonder why item sinks are OSRS' biggest demanded update alongside other content. Zulrah uniques tanked from a combination of bots and proposed Ranged Changes, Godswords and GWD equipment dropped, Barrows Gear mass-farmed, even bosses like Nightmare and Corp are suffering a bit from this. Meanwhile Sand Casino is seeing stakes up in the 10-12 digit GP value. Doesn't help Jagex often lets them go about their business until a transaction is made. It's unfortunate. Jagex does care, but it's always going to be a losing battle. It's very difficult to be proactive about reducing bot activity because there's always going to be another loophole. Therefore Jagex is most often reactive, only able to do something about bots once they've been discovered. Of course, by then the bots have already ruined the experience.
Speaking of which I have been playing on f2p, I do notice there are a lots of hill giant bots wearing full mith, and north of wilderness close to ferox enclave there are low levels who are picking up planks
There is Also a bot farm lvling pure strength characters on sand crabs in crabclaw caves, there are loads of Them standing in the same place if you hop worlds. Found One in almost every german world. They wear iron armor and use a big hammer. Easy to spot
I remember seeing a gargoyle bot when I was training slayer. It was using guthans and had 140m in all combat stats. That thing had been there for months. It never logged out even when I tried talking to it and interacting with it.
Thats not how it works. The point of any company is to make money. Players who buy bonds are probably 60% bots so bots are the main income for jagex. Banning all of them would lose them so much money. Tho they have to "act" like their doing their best on banning bots to keep the game alive and to show the real players that their doing something. Sirpugger just brings so much attention to the botting problem which im sure jagex doesnt like.
The bots on the cave horrors are the exact same that are killing normal fossil wyverns most of them kill the yellow spitting wyverns in the back because most people either go to slayer area or only kill the blue ones at the front

There are more bots on vyrewatch in darkmeyer (you need sins of the father quest) but there are many of them wearing monk robes and a verac helm, if you close the door of the altar you make them stay there for some minutes until they open it again. You are doing a great job busting bots but its sad how Jagex dont care about that, they could hire some mods to just run to diferent places baning bots 7 days a week.
@sirpugger Can you add note to Jagex, that every account created should be confirmed via email, because now you can type any kind of login email, that doesn't even exist and just create millions of accounts, like it's happening right now?
Hi, I used to be top 5 ranked Rex going over 3x rate for the pet. I can guarantee that there are still some accounts that are bots that should be banned. For example, Sirwooksalot(rank 8) and OG Vader420(rank 5) meet the criteria of only being ranked for Rex and no Supreme/Prime KCs, while Snow Mexican (rank 3) has barely any Supreme/Prime KCs. You can even find the some for a few of the other top page ranks but those are just for the top 10. I'm sure you will find the same bots holding down Supreme/Prime in the top 25 the have no Rex kc as well.
Jagex needs to relaunch high scores in a form that is easier for them to query such that they can gather information on the front pages of the high scores. It should be very easy to patrol the front pages once the high scores are easier to work.
Was getting wines of zammy on my iron in the deep wildy cave. Was a lot of bots there telegrabing them. Used a low level account with a light ballista to kill them. Probably 4-500k an hour in wines and law runes and i saw around 15-20 unique accounts for the bit I was there.

These bots made trillions
Imagine you working days to get kc when bots get rank 1 without a ban. Sad game
@@rskiller10 sad scam game. I will be spending time helping scout out and bring these down.
love your vids, have you seen the bot farm at fossil island wyverns? sorry i dont have more info but a few days i saw them on different australian worlds in the australian afternoon/evening time wearing dharoks, dfs, zerker helm, dfs and whip.
Honestly, I am starting to think that more than half of all players are just bots. Can Jagex get some stats on this? It is kind of sad to see so many people abusing that and running bot farms.
Back in RS2, Botnuke day removed something like 75-80% of the playerbase.

Green dragon bots discussion: some accounts are paid irl money while others are paid in bonds. Jagex gets $$ for membership each month less desirable to ban.
Read my posts above. Bots farms are allowed because they directly increase profits, and will continue to do so until the game has collapsed.
Can't hear the background music without thinking of Framed & J1mmy
I wonder...
TLDR: spawn a fake player and look at teleport response times.
Full rant:
Is it possible for jagex to force spawn a player, invisible (call it a ghost) in a region of the game? Can they also detect how quickly a player teleports since the spawn of this player?
Now, it could just be that someone (not a bot) was teleporting as soon as jagex spawned this ghost so their results would need to be compared with future results.
If a player teleports instantly or soon thereafter every time the ghost is spawned they deem them a bot.
Some maths: if the odds of teleporting as soon as a ghost is spawned is 1% (for easy numbers) and this occurs 3 times, then jagex can be 99.999999% sure this player is not a real player.
Makes you wonder how much of the pb is bots, theres so many of them
Why can you kill the dragons in the slayer cave off task?
its the revenant cave, there are no green dragons in a slayer cave. The only ones outside of the wilderness are the ones located underneath of the Dragon slayer 2 tower
@@beneisnor6347 it’s not the rev cave, it’s the wilderness slayer cave
I downloaded that runelite bot app. I have a guthan AFK garg account and I have like 170 confirmed bans there. My main has like 120 confirmed bans from just mining and WT. It's really nice seeing that I'm making a dent.
Respect
Found not farms in varrock there running from the east bank to the lumberyard in a constant motion followed one for 20 min in a line of 7 all default characters around the same level. Recorded some of them.
Check out the nmz bots all wearing jester capes as if the bot maker is making fun of jagex, there are several on every world.
these videos getting better and better insane!
Thanks for what u do man keep it up!! P.s. I'm sure the only ppl disliking your videos are the bot owners you've help bust 🤣🤣
I don't play OSRS anymore but always love watchin the vids and reliving my childhood for a bit. Keep it up man
They should pay out like a 5% tax of the gold your getting wiped out of the game. So you could actually make money bot hunting in game.
they'd just make reporting bots then and get rich that way lmao
Dumb idea but I like the idea of offering rewards for such actions!
Maybe give players something small like 1 free Rsn name change or create a leaderboard with a point system for players that do his bot hunting
@@seniorestus1344 yeah I can 100% see that happening, people just making bots that stand at GE and report every player that shows up
Is there a reason you’re assuming the bots start on the farms at lvl 1 in all combat lvl?
If jagex started hardware banning bot farms they would disappear quickly
Also, I wouldn't mind seeing them ban people buying gold. Hit both supply and demand.

Cuz imo, their isn’t any “ bot busting team” besides the outdated “bot watch” tool they use.
dag bots being undetectable makes sense since most people peek at the ladder and never go down to check
It shouldn't just be relying on players seeing it happen, Jagex's bot detection system (or their willingness to apply it) is just practically non-existant apparently
@@sgtnubbings6501 their system is shit. Only public bots are caught through their system. Private bots depend on being caught after some time.
Back when weath was working at Jagex, it took him around 100k bans from my bots before I started to get rekt fast. All it takes is a couple of modifications to the client and script to fix it though.
Cat and mouse game.
However, this current anti cheating team is shit. Bots barely get banned. Probably too lazy to bother banning them like weath used to.
I love how people are starting to use this same music in videos whenever they reference bots lol
Can someone please tell me what the bot farm is doing in the basement of lumbridge castle? they all gather in the back corner and will never answer and you can't just simply trade them to get their loot
Plot twist: Jagex employees are the botters!
Why does it say mini game next to dagannoth Rex on the picture you showed of the hiscores?
The Dude probably just loves his hairstyle!!
Same shit goes on at Zalcano, runite rocks at every spot, amethyst mine place etc. I've seen bots with 120m mining xp at runites or amethysts
I enjoyed watching this videos but I'm also the prime reason why they keep operating, I guess many of us here actually buy gold from these sites. So I guess we are watching the results of our actions.
Buying a bond using a VPN set to Mexico (a free one works) is just a bit more expensive than RWT and you dont support bots
I’m glad them DKS bots got sorted out! I’m glad I emailed you about them 🤪🤪
Inb4 Puggers life is threatened by some dork botting runescape to make a living
And people wonder why item sinks are OSRS' biggest demanded update alongside other content.
Zulrah uniques tanked from a combination of bots and proposed Ranged Changes, Godswords and GWD equipment dropped, Barrows Gear mass-farmed, even bosses like Nightmare and Corp are suffering a bit from this. Meanwhile Sand Casino is seeing stakes up in the 10-12 digit GP value.
Doesn't help Jagex often lets them go about their business until a transaction is made. Multiple top 20 Ranked KC's for DKs not only hacked their accounts but botted them for a fairly long time until just recently.

I quit rs 2years ago maxed cb account 97 slayer i just couldnt deal with the bots anymore it ruined the game for me as i got older and jagex still doenst care lmao
Jagex has a financial stake in keeping botting alive and healthy. They probably pay for the majority of memberships these days lol
Speaking of which I have been playing on f2p, I do notice there are a lots of hill giant bots wearing full mith, and north of wilderness close to ferox enclave there are low levels who are picking up planks
Thats it im quitting rs an switching to raids u were just too convincing.
There is Also a bot farm lvling pure strength characters on sand crabs in crabclaw caves, there are loads of Them standing in the same place if you hop worlds. Found One in almost every german world. They wear iron armor and use a big hammer. Easy to spot
Bro ask me to play raid shadow legends one more time and you will need Nord VPN.
no joke the ad before this video was some guy talking about selling coins and coin farming for osrs. 😅😅😅
Friendly reminder, Osrs is and always will be shit because of bots/gold farmers/ Jagex not caring, game is dying
I remember seeing a gargoyle bot when I was training slayer. It was using guthans and had 140m in all combat stats. That thing had been there for months. It never logged out even when I tried talking to it and interacting with it.
And you’re doing jagex job, they need to be fired.
Jagex has bigger fish to fry but I get your point
Thats not how it works.
The point of any company is to make money. Players who buy bonds are probably 60% bots so bots are the main income for jagex. Banning all of them would lose them so much money. Tho they have to "act" like their doing their best on banning bots to keep the game alive and to show the real players that their doing something. Sirpugger just brings so much attention to the botting problem which im sure jagex doesnt like.
@@User-je7gf I'm surprised pugger isn't hacked yet for everything he owns. I can't imagine a simple runescape account to be hard to hack.

You should check lizardman shamans in lizardman temple. 90cb bots and saw couple with 180m range xp and other stats were below 30
Apparently not all them yameru is still going strong at #2
What good ad ons can you get on mobile for runescape like rune lite
Was getting wines of zammy on my iron in the deep wildy cave. Was a lot of bots there telegrabing them. Used a low level account with a light ballista to kill them. Probably 4-500k an hour in wines and law runes and i saw around 15-20 unique accounts for the bit I was there.
Oh I've seen those bots (horrors) for years (while I'm going up to the hardwood island for clue scrolls).... ugh, glad they've been dealt with!
Don’t you need a certain slay lvl to kill cave horrors?
Look at their stats on the right when he's talking about them, they all have 58 slayer
@@IncognitoGuerrilla exactly. But wasn’t the point I was going for. So that acc really didn’t kill over a mil cave horrors if it needed to train slay first
@@jerkberk3685 58 slayer is only 224k slayer exp. That's only 896k combat exp, which is less than 0.4% of the combat exp they would have from 1 million kills. And it's actually 90k kc over 1 million kills so getting to 58 slayer is which would be the equivalent of 1k kc is completely irrelevant
@@IncognitoGuerrilla so in short I was right, right ? You said all that to prove what I already said . Insignificant or not, I said the kc is off…and it is.
Just like in terms of EXACT exp, 92 isn’t half of 99. It’s actually 91.
@@jerkberk3685 you are wrong, it did kill over a million cave horrors. Did you read my comment? To get 58 slayer it would only need the equivalent of 1,000 cave horrors. But the account killed 89,000 more than a million which is 89x more than it would take to get to 58 slayer.
