Other notes: On the first Saturday of February, we carpooled Alex and did a triple test. For our first test of the day, we decided to come back to the Sterling in Haskins since Alex hadn't heard it yet and we wanted to experience it from closer and from right underneath. Honestly, it wasn't quite as loud from under as I was expecting, but I'd say it was still on par with the 8/16 in Columbus Grove to my ears. It also had a quite harsh and shrill tone to it. We didn't really feel the vibrations that much though, in contrast to the one in Columbus Grove. We got max readings of 120.4 dBA, 117.1 dBA, and 121.9 dBC. Distance wise, this is probably still the loudest Sterling I've heard (excluding Republic's 5VX). Unfortunately, it was overcast out this time, although I'm still pretty satisfied with the shots I got. After this, we drove up to Michigan and met with some other enthusiasts at the Thunderbeam in Pleasant Lake. Enjoy!
