I feel like if they upped it a lot - what it seems like you're saying - it would be hard to enunciate and no one - audience and cast - would be able to understand the words. It does seem to be lacking some energy, though - perhaps what you're looking for can't be achieved tempo-wise?
Jessica Lim it is definitely the tempo. I did the show about a month ago and the tempo is much much fast and it’s super fun and upbeat, but this seems like it’s just too slow for this song.
I love the original cast with Laura and co but this is cast actually is a very close second for me, I haven't been able to find a cast that sound just as great if not as great as the original so its nice to be able finally find one I could watch and not hate
i watched this cast yesterday and they were so good, i was fixated with the entire show and adored it! i even got to meet the cast afterwards, get autographs and take pictures with them and they’re all so lovely as well, such nice people and very very talented.

this is how this show is supposed to be done and produced, not like the one in that out door theatre, with humans playing the dogs and the very heavily edited and changed script and score and very miss cast production. it was produced and created from the company who did the film, so it should always represent that film company cause its their product plane and simple.

And then compared to the finale the remix just drags now.
Nope, Elle was just... No. LBB will always be Elle, no one gets to be a more perfect casting than her. And Christian, Emmett was good here, voices and all, but the emotion and chemistry the original cast gives? That was perfect.
Can I just add that the trailer does not do it justice. I’ve seen the show three times and I would see it a million more. Lucie Jones brings a different vibe to Elle than LBB did but equally had the spirit, voice and humour of Elle. The rest of the cast were absolutely astounding as well!
Saw it in Bristol and was very disappointed. Lucie didn't keep the note for So Much Better at the end which I was so sad about! Love this show and saw it in the West End twice - this one didn't match my expectations.

Yeah, the broadway show set was decent but for some reason the US tour had a terrible set.
I saw the US tour, I don't think it was that bad. The set heavily relied on screens, but other than that the show was amazing.
The lighting and fit of the costumes almost had me mistaking it for Mamma Mia
I’m a huge legally blonde fan and I saw pantheon andram company do this and they were so damn good that I bought tickets for the following night!
Their sceneries looks 100x better than the original Broadway set.
