Tried this, but at cooked the spinach with some onions and chopped bell peppers before adding. I also added some nutritional yeast. Cut in small triangles and drizzle some salsa.🥰

Great idea! I would try cooking the tortilla first. If not, you run the risk of eating uncooked flour mix.
