Man I always remember Ash being my personal favorite among the Chess Pieces when I was younger and reading the manga. Him and Garon were probably the least malicious Chess Pieces imo.

Peta, Rolan, Vidar, Magical Roe and Galian are all mentally stable. Some Chess Pieces simply just follow their orders.
