He's talking about his friends drugging a pissing on a fellow coworker and potentially someone they were travelling with, and he's doing it laughing and or smiling throughout. (Yes this is a common thing, especially in the 70s and 80s so this isn't the first recount we've had of similar stories.) What they find entertaining and would do to one another nowadays would be criminal acts. Between this, continual pedophilia stories/rumors, rape, sexual assaults, molestation, drugging with things other than Halcyon, etc it really does show how dark the Wrestling business is behind the scenes. With these episodes being so common and the feeling is like that of a fraternity it makes sense that so many of the boys were cool with and or tolerated/accepted this type of shit. I know for some they had no choice but to accept it, or potentially be fired or blackballed from the business entirely. Not saying this is everything, only stating it's kind of surprising how common all of this stuff was. Definitely kind of sad to hear an answer to, "Last Man Standing at the Bar" being based on the person will drug the rest into submission as opposed to actually outdrinking them.
