I'm a huge Stevie Richards fan and believe if he had stayed in ECW instead of going to WCW, he'd be a superstar. But that's another story. My point is Enzo was more over than Stevie and that's ok. Stevie will always get my respect for what he's done for this business and continues to do but Enzo was more over during his short time at the WWE.

But like my instructor Adrian street told me "asking for advice" isn't necessarily asking for pointers its showing respect to people who are the layer above you, it's making the vets think "this kid's coachable". I mean when Josh barnett was asking for advice when he worked with Minoru Suzuki or was it more showing respect to Suzuki? Alex Shane said the same thing in a seminar. Enzo clearly didn't understand the business.

Not just that but wrestling isn't an exact science. If you asked the same question to Nick Bockwinkel, Harley Race, Steve Austin, and John Cena, you're probably gonna get 4 pretty distinct answers. There's always something to be learned from the guys that have seen and done everything, and maybe give you a perspective that never dawned on you.

He got over, didn't he? That's the point. Even some of the greatest technical wrestlers in the world have never gotten over like Enzo did. I'm telling you this because I learned it the hard way in my 24 year career. Once I figured out that it wasn't about the moves and destroying my body and more about the "walking and talking", I got over and made money and got more opportunities in Japan, Mexico and the US indies. You have to make them believe in you.

@user-vj9qz3br6l the top dudes in the podcast sphere release the episode and clips at the same time. Releasing a clip a day followed by the entire episode is literally killing potential views. Rogan releases the episode and the same day he takes multiple extended clips and releases them on a separate channel. Weird approach to doing it. That said doesn’t mean it isn’t or can’t be successful, just stating ive not saw anyone go like a full week of dropping a clip a day before even releasing the whole episode.
