Never knew why Brady Boone didn’t go further in his career. He had a good look, was a great acrobatic wrestler and was way ahead of his time.
WWF had him do the gimmick of Battle Cat after we saw him as Brady Boone
No charisma, no presence, no mic skills at a time when promos both on WWF and JCP tv were super important....good hand to have on house shows (and I've seen a few here on RUclips in which Brady did really well in opening matches), but not a star compared to a lot of the other guys on that WWF roster at the time.
Most of the jobbers of the 80's and 90's were physically larger than the stars today.

I can't remember who said it. I think it was Bobby The Brain, maybe Gene Okerlund. But it said nobody had a bad thing to say about Brady Boone because he died young, was quiet, traveled by himself, stuff like that.
