    Hello,
Is the Santa Maria upgraded grill easily cleaned? What made you decide on the round bar rather than stainless?
    Thanks for your help

Great looks amazing. Can’t wait to see rotisserie in action. What cut did you use for jerky?

Where do you get your wood from, for the Shirley, and what size are they, I’m in Haltom City, looking to get some about 10 inches long, diameter of a coke can, thanks

Is the rotisserie adjustable or stationary. Also was there a lid option for the Santa Maria to keep the weather out when not in use or do you just use a cover. Any idea on the approximate weigh? Would you consider an upgrade on the casters. I realize it's one of SF first prototypes. Great job!

Hey David. The rotisserie is adjustable. The brackets bolt on so you can move it up and down or remove when not in use.
There is a lid option if your willing to pay for it.
I do not have a weight on it.
I’m fine with the current casters.
