Thanks for watchin'. I'm glad you like it. To be honest, it would make for a pretty boring video. Most of it just screws on/off. Some of it is just push on/pry off. There will be more coming with this car in its restoration process.
The 56 is my favorite, I got my first driving lesson in a 56 road master, that car was a beast. The 56 century is a very cool car and I have been enjoying watching you bring her back to life. I can't wait to see her when she's done.
That's a great question for sure. I believe it was Fusick's had a bunch of that stuff, but as with anything. You will end up getting it from about a dozen different places. I have a list for this car that has like 50 different possible locations to get stuff for the car. I sure it is far from complete. My Super Bee was the same way. I spent like 300 hours on that car researching and locating all the parts it.
Those hood letters may go into barrel fasteners inside the holes,if so be careful removing them because the posts on the back of the letters may be corroded over time and may break off,my first car had ones like that on the front and speed nuts on the back.
Thanks for watchin'. If you watch UNR 178, you'll see what the fasteners ended up being. We were able to get them all off without damaging them!!! Be sure to tell you friends about Up-N-Runnin.
Great work you should have shown how to get all the chrome and trim off....

I know, I'm excited to see it done as well. You just don't see many of these cars on the street. Thanks for watchin'.
Fabulous car! Please make sure you paint it the original color.
That's the plan. I am excited to see it all done. Thanks for watchin'.
Do you have any idea were to get the clips to put the trim back on? Boring for some may be great assistance to a novice who wants to learn.

Mechanical work is great but I would have buffed out the original paint and otherwise left it alone.
I agree with you 150%, but the owner of the car wanted it painted. Thanks for watchin'!!!
Those Buick letters on the hood are fastened on with speed nuts from behind but not sure how you get at them!
I'll have to get a light up in there to get a better look. Thanks.
How much for. Buick

Thanks for watchin'. I appreciate it. Sorry, but the Buick is not for sale.
