We own our own house but have been looking at maybe buying land, however the market right now with the interest rates is terrible so we’re gonna wait for the interest to come down a bit but this house is beautiful

Hey that’s a complicated question. Depends on the down payment, the interest rate at the time, and so much more. But there are calculators online where you can plug in some numbers to get an idea of
