Tip 1: 7-8 seconds in one to one conversations
Tip 2: silent eye contact
Stop movement of ur head
Tip 3: in groups maintain eye contact for 3-5 seconds for everyone ...
Maintain a natural smile on ur face...
Don't overthink...

Fun fact here : Women tend to prefer more eye contact during face to face conversation than men. Men are content to talk standing side by side .🤣

I love all of your tips and tricks! I had not realized how many of the "correct" ways I make eye contact. I've always been A very attentive listener but hadn't realized how much of an impact that can make on another. This explains why I've heard periodically others tell me I can be intimidating to talk to at times. I must have that power gaze mastered! 😂
I definitely agree eye contact can speak tons without you saying a word. Personally, it drives me nuts when I'm talking to someone and they seem distracted else where because they are making no eye contact or very little. Fastest way to shut A convo down!! ❤
Last job I've got was 60% eye contact. It works so much!! Use it!!! Thanks for this video

Thanks for this amazing video! I have always maintained eye contact, however, the people I usually come across never do the same. I have come across so many who just look either down or to the side whilst talking to me. I am glad that I have been doing the right thing though. lol

I used to do perfect eye contact and hold it properly but now I’m nervous and I feel like I make my Friends uncomfortable when I stare at them I feel like I can’t make proper eye contact any more
