One of the nicest watch stores in SoCal. I was just there a couple of weeks ago to pick up a Rolex Deep-Sea I ordered. Love the watch and the great service from their Sales Associate - Michelle. I wish I can add a ceramic Daytona like David’s to my collection someday.
I came here to see the Ferraris, but found a really nice hard working man's real treasure - David you seem like a really great hardworking immigrant and I respect what you've done "with the place" - Congratulations on following your passion, and have it feed another passion ! Hope to get there with my Wife when we visit someday - we're on the East Coast. I guess it can't hurt to have Ferraris in the parking lot regularly.. Cheers sir.

Thats about right for a building of that size, but it's actually great, considering the multitude of vendors involved. In the US, we used to build things quickly. For example, the Empire State Building was built in a year and half. To build that today would take about 2.5 years, start to finish.
Sure, but a part of that is quality. I'm sure the Empire State Building is well built, but I guarantee it's not as safe as a modern building up to modern code. I'm sure their maintenance costs to keep it up to code are huge compared to new buildings. Yes, of course there is a lot of red tape that is probably unnecessary, but the flip side of that is a lot of what makes modern things so much better in terms of safety and standards is precisely because we know the mistakes we used to make and can accommodate. The empire state building of today, probably shouldn't take a year and a half to build.
hi David, love your show , cars and new establishment, amazing work!. if i may give some feedback as an interior designer, the tile flooring of the loose fixtures area near the orchid area is too plain and cover up much space, maybe can do some treatment at this area, such as additional carpet and wooden floor finish, i think it will enhance the showcase of the loose fixtures and offer a different experience, cheers!
I love Rolex watches have owned two. Bought a Submariner day date new in the 80's, but had to sell to put in a driveway. They don't keep good time, but who care!
