@@paul8093 different yeast will just vary on fermenting speed and power... beer yeast i think it's the fastest, i used a live one and it fermented to full - tastes a bit like a beer with lemon, also bit of cider taste (unlike the processed ones which i tried - many and basted on low sugars - but they were all more sweet and reminding coca cola too)... But if you have look around tutorials here on yt (and comments, very useful there) many add no yeast, just raisins (which contain yeast already, if genuine). Cheers :)

We have a Russian super market in my town in Massachusetts. Every thing from salo to farm fresh veges and cheese. And kvass, compot, semechki, all your gopsnack needs.
It still has carbs (carbohydrates or whatever is the English name for them), so calories, it's like drinking bread/pasta, like eating a banana or other not too caloric but still quite caloric food. It's not just like drinking water... one drink that one could have bigger amounts of, if it light, maybe could be tea... or maybe not even tea. Just for the record... it's true though, thst compared to alcohol or coca-cola, kvas is just like a good medicine for the body :)

Kvas is my favorite drink, it has unique delicious taste, its healthy too, but drink it only very cold for the best experience
