I have made this before, but it's been eons ago. (Soooo yummy! Rich...but addictive.....definitely can't have just 1 bite, that's for certain!) If I'm recalling it correctly, it seems like I par-cooked the bottom layer for 5 mins before putting it all together so the bottom doesn't lean towards being a little doughy. Do you suggest/feel this is necessary?
