Ingredients:
pastry dough - 500 g (17.64 oz)
mustard - 40 g (1.4 oz)
ham - 100 g (3.5 oz)
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
pickled cucumbers - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Tray with size 40 X 30 cm (16 in x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) /25 minutes
mayonnaise - 60 g (2 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
parsley - 10 g (0.35 oz)
lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
green onion - 10 g (0.35 oz)

I've made this twice. First had way too much pickle. But it had promise. Next time I used half the pickles and used presliced Valsic and a light dusting of Italian seasoning. Perfect.
Yeah, when I watched that I thought waaaaaay too much pickle. All you're gonna taste is pickle.
While watching I thought why not use pre sliced pickles. I will take your experience and use less pickles

I also thought straight pickles at the very edge that starts the roll would make it easier to get the roll started. When sliced into pinwheels, they'd just get sliced into bite-sized pieces anyway.

🐞 🐞 🐞 C'est trop épais alors ça cuit mal. je ferais plutôt 2 rouleaux avec la pâte. Couper la pâte en 2. étaler la pâte au rouleau pour la rendre plus fine. garnir à votre choix. Voilà ma façon de faire.
