Catherine, you are so inspiring. I want to try everything you make. I made the Drumstick ice cream pie while I was at the beach with my kids and grandkids. It only lasted as long as it took to cut.😂
When I make this, my recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar & no egg but you do use an egg as egg wash for the top crust before you put the cinnamon on. I also only use one tube of cresent rolls spread them really thin(two was too much crust for me)
If you fix it when there are enough people to eat them if not it gets soft the dough doesn't stay crunchy and delicious it gets soggy like after you put it in the refrigerator.

I just meant that if there were enough people to eat it when it gets done because if not once it put in the refrigerator then it gets soggy it isn't nice and crisp like when it first comes out the oven .
