    @6:00 minutes on posting so you can sit long periods. This is the same as the goal of Yoga. The orginal reason for Yoga postures is be able to sit comfortably for long periods of time. I would guess that Yoga Asana postures practice is a doing practice.
    Another guess I have is that post standing changes the body differently than Yoga does.

    What's Adam's view on sitting on a chair vs cross-legged? I remember reading a Shaolin book back in the day saying that it was impossible to reach enlightenment without at least sitting in 1/2 lotus
