I just imagine sitting in the window after I have done my dishes looking at all those beautiful buildings and lights at night. OMG

Oh my word! I love this building, I work on 1st Avenue and pass it when I’m walking to Penn Station. I stood marvelling at this beautiful building just the other day! What are the odds!!

It would be great if you described what you're showing. What are the dimensions of the rooms? Is it a rental or purchase? Does it have central air and heating? What are some of the shops near the property etc.?

@@rsie9526 Reading the description won't do anything for all that dead space in the video.

You spent more time on the view, than on the apartment itself.

Cause that's probably why it's expensive is just the view. Some people do pay premium just to wake up with a nice view.

Boring walk thru no explanations , no room dimensions or descriptions given .
Didn't like the floor plan and it's out dated looking.

I gave this one a thumbs down because of the windows especially in the 1st bedroom. Those windows seems a bit off to me; too industrial looking and, the a/c's also seem a bit big and bulky. Anyone walking past them would hit their knee. Also why is the 1/2 bathroom and 1st bathroom right across from each other? The only room I liked was the master bedroom. Great views but the entire layout just felt wrong to me sorry.

you need that big AC, with this kind of windows the temperature will be like inside a greenhouse.
