Looks great. Beautiful apartment. Lots of history. I grew up a short distance away.

I know this is an old video just wondering if this has sold or renovated since. If it has been renovated just curious how it looks today. Just wondering if possible

I have seen this apt before. Im sure it sold by now ,but it needed some reno especially in that maids room . I would turn that into a laundry room. The kitchen is horrible for that apt. There's much to do here,but it can be a Grand Apartment. I probably would see if I could take down that wall between the dining room & living room . To make a Grand Room! Lots of potential but it needs work. This could be the Penthouse of 1100!

Yea that living room I would convert it back to huge living room. With that door closed theres no light coming into the smaller living room. Very nice kitchen.

This is a huge apartment, But the kitchen is also a total gut out even though it is workable, but it needs update. New paint through out. And that shower/ bathroom in the bedroom is definitely a gut out. Strange how that shower is laid out. But ALOT of potential!

Yes the Kitchen is a total gut out. Maybe that wall in the kitchen can come down to open up that space. Yes an updated kitchen will make this a fab apartment!

I’ve been keeping track of all the apts at 1100. This apt is beautiful but it doesn’t have a dedicated dining room area. I guess for me that huge 1st bedroom would be the living room , family room.Also those 2 closets near the entrance kinda gives it a closed in feeling. But it is well renovated. My dream is to live in a massive apt like this

It's a really beautiful one bedroom apartment, but, I don't like the advertiser saying you at times appears as unfair and or unreal political talk; while also, I'm not 👀 looking for an appartment in New York, I just simply clicked on the joint to see the appartment.

Now this is soooo much better that other apt🤦🏾‍♀️. It didnt even have a fridge. The layout was crazy. This is beautiful

this apartment is extremely gorgeous and massive !! if i was moving in i would definitely take the smallest room because it has it's own private bathroom and nobody else can use it that's a definite plus for me !! keep up th videos !!

The floor is very noise. Is only two bedrooms apartment. The shower in the main bedroom needs work. Very creepy.

The building is almost 100 years old. There is significant renovation necessary. Those apartments are very close together. I doubt the neighbors will put up with months of noise, dust and workers coming and going.

Nice apartment but terrible neighborhood.I grew up not too far from there a few blocks on park av..I have old friends still in the neighborhood..that I visit on occasion...couldn't pay me to live in that area tho
