The UN has no jurisdiction of US law. If it was ratified by the US it wouldn't be legal under US law. Even if they wanted to try to enforce this in the US borders, the could only do it by force. And considering that the US is the bulk of UN forces, that would be basically impossible.

I still don't understand how a treaty can somehow take away a Constitutional Right. There also needs to be penalties for violating the Bill of Rights. As it is, it's just paper. Some states like Cali and NY feel free to pass laws with impunity that violate the 2nd amendment sometimes within hours of being told their last law was unconstitutional like little petulant children that need a really good spanking. Citizens suffer as a result over unconstitutional laws.
We the people need to communicate more with each other get a plan in order to start a new organization for the people that way when people protest to the government at least someone will be there to listen to what the protesters are saying. There is indeed a penalty for treason, you should google that, about certain it’s got something to do with a rope or a firing squad. But I haven’t looked at the historical rules in a good while. So you’ll have to research that.

Treaties are on the same level as statutes (laws). Therefore they cannot supersede the Constitution. We cannot "sign away" the Second Amendment with a treaty.

The UN has no jurisdiction of US law. If it was ratified by the US it wouldn't be legal under US law. Even if they wanted to try to enforce this in the US borders, the could only do it by force. And considering that the US is the bulk of UN forces, that would be basically impossible.

A treaty is one way to make an end run around our Constitution. I always advised my clients that any time the Legislature or Congress is in session, my clients really should keep their hands on their wallets, because any changes would almost certainly not be to their advantage.

There also needs to be penalties for violating the Bill of Rights. As it is, it's just paper. Some states like Cali and NY feel free to pass laws with impunity that violate the 2nd amendment sometimes within hours of being told their last law was unconstitutional like little petulant children that need a really good spanking. Citizens suffer as a result over unconstitutional laws.

There is indeed a penalty for treason, you should google that, about certain it’s got something to do with a rope or a firing squad. But I haven’t looked at the historical rules in a good while. So you’ll have to research that.

The second amendment provides protection for the people to own whatever weapons they want, tanks, artillery pieces, war ships, are all protected under it. This explains exactly why and where the ATF are getting their ideas from.
