This game is so difficult and she makes it look so easy that people might not even understand how hard this is.
EDIT: Apparently people are not understanding this game is 1000x harder with pedals and wheel and another peg of difficulty with shifting. This is a WR pace run...SHES CHASING THE WORLD RECORD IN THE VIDEO. Look at the end, shes bumper to bumper with WR. Anyone saying this is not difficult in the comments below has no idea what they're talking about :)

There is literally someone telling you the track ahead. Learn what that stuff means and keep calm and control of the car and you should be good.

I've played 30 hours on a single race trying to get my own "flawless run" not even a world record attempt- meaning going as fast as possible but making sure the car isn't damaged in the slightest after the race is complete. She, no doubt, has spent countless hours perfecting this attempt, anyone trying to denounce the work is a deplorable human being. Keep up that crazy work, that's actually an insane run
She is a real life rally driver
You're actually not supposed to run the same track over and over, that's now how any rally works really. In ARA you can run maybe a few times depending on the events rules but in the WRC you are not running more than once. Then you wait a year to try again while getting what practice you can where ever you can get it.
Real rally drivers drive on simulators for 30+ hours before ever attempting the track for a competitive time. It makes no sense for a rally driver to not test a track before driving it for those competitive times, besides that your codriver needs to map the entire course for driver notes. Please don't tell me how the rules work when you don't even understand that portion of competitive driving. Its 2024, we have technology- why would a company allow a driver to risk a 100-200k vehicle without making them fully capable to run that track. You must be watching a lot of "rally driving" where its people trying to get into competitive driving- like an event where literally anyone can decide they want to try out rally driving. Those events are beginners and the entire reason there are rally crash compilations. You'll very rarely see a professional rally driver crash- but you'll never see them not practice a course the day or two before the event. @@ocdc3261

While this is strategically sound, what simulator is offering 1:1 in terms of physics and other things to consider when racing in reality? None, it's not a thing. You aren't actually racing that track more than once IRL.

Obviously the driving is fantastic, but I really like this camera setup! A lot of channels have a screen recording of the sim and separate video of the wheel and handbrake, but having it all in one shot makes it a lot easier to connect the inputs to what's happening on the screen.

Start with the slower cars and work your way up. The fastest cars are just so fast that your brain cannot keep up with the content without a lots of practice. Also, forget about going really fast if you cannot get at least steady 60 fps in this game.

Fabian Girsch I wouldn’t consider F1 as dangerous as Rally but it’s still a dangerous sport. Yeah you’re on a mostly flat track but your sitting in front of an engine that is so hot you’re burning up inside your suit and the amount of focus required for split second decisions would be tiring and they have to keep the focus for a lot longer than is necessarily comfortable.

@No Name nah she corrected the oversteer which occurs when your cars suspension gets thrown off not just turning into a turn like normal which is insane to do at that speed and with that amount of precision if she doesn't turn like she did there she would have had terminal damage to the vehicle for sure she saw the uneven ground and corrected it before her tires broke traction racing is hard lol but really fun

^^^ no and no. rally is not about driving full throttle over boulders and grass for 2 and a half minutes. its about precision and consistency on tracks which change a bit after each car runs through. not this, when you practice 150 times the same track, with no need to care about holes, stones and other debris, deep lines and shifting gravel. like what she did in 0:26. wtf was that? you call that rally? shes good at the game but it has little to do with reality. all world records in dirt games are bullshit cheats, using forgiving game mechanics to do impossible things.

I have no problem with the controller, but u need to change the settings, my setup is 90 sensibility, 4 linearity, 10 steering dead zone. Good game

It's better in-game to ride 80mph and feel like you go much more, than go 150mph and feel being slowly. It's a good training for driving in real life with high speed because in reality most people use lightweight 10-20 years old cars in which driving for example: 100mph is extreme and very sharp. Of course heavier car = you feel riding more slowly but actually you go fast. I experienced it on many cars like: VW T4, VW Golf 3, M-Benz W124, BMW E46 and very heavy BMW E38 Long

I don’t understand how people do this, I can simrace almost any car at reasonable speed on tarmac but this is just constantly on the absolute edge of control. It’s an incredible skill.
