Remember on snow or ice you should get your wheels spinning as fast as possible and if you start to slide turn your wheels sharply and hold them there while you lock up your brakes.
The management shouldn't have put the driver in that position in the first place. And if it goes wrong-Blame the Driver, the management arent the ones standing in the dock.
The reason they have to is no manager will take the decison to stop the service, because the company will loose money, and if it goes tits up, Nothing to do with me Guv' the Drivers fault.
UK drivers seem very polite, careful and tame compared to drivers in the US. Here, you see cars spinning around, smashing into each other, flipping over, exploding, running over pedestrians, crashing into houses, careening over cliffs Add snow and ice to the mix, and it gets even worse!!
Yeah a scrambler, two stroke engine 👌, never rode one on road with knobbly tyres in snow but I reckon it's got really good grip. It's more about throttle control when driving on ice, driving a car, it's ideal to keep your hand on the handbrake and use throttle to regain control when needed 👍
Here in Finland local farmers earn some extra from council by keeping roads and streets clean during winter with their tractors. When snow starts coming tractors are out almost instantly. You should do that in U.K. too.
+Dog Rogers The farmers in the UK are heavily subsidised already. Some from the UK and some from the EU. www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=farmer%20subsidies%20uk I know what you're saying though. Still +suomenpresidentti has a good point and farmers should be given a bit extra to clear the smaller roads perhaps, the ones where the gritters don't get to.
That was AWESOME. When we lived in Ohio my brother and I shoveled the driveway, my BRAIN DEAD step-dad pulled into the bank of snow and got stuck. We told him he could get stuck going down hill on dry pavement.
I think the perception of 'winter' tyres is they are only for when it snows, which isn't the case. Winter tyres provide better grip when it's wet or icey as well. In Switzerland and some areas of Germany where it's the law to switch tyres in the winter they have far fewer winter related accidents and rear wheel drive cars like Audi's and BMW's don't struggle so much on hills. I've been switching to winter tyres every winter for over 20 years in the UK and feel i'm safer on the road as a result.
It always annoys me when people who aren't from the UK are like "duh, get winter tires" Yeah, no. It snows for like a day here (except scotland) and chances are that snow won't hang around long enough for it to become an issue. And tires are expensive! I have £3.36 in my current account. I am not about to go out and buy 4 brand new snow tires for a day that might not come.
Also, most 'winter tires' are illegal here in the uk - they ruin our crusty crappy road surfaces and our government is too cheap to give local councils the money they need to repair them every year.
No .winter tires are not illegal in the UK. They have been in use for years and are in fact softer than summer tires and will not "ruin" the roads. Where have you got that crap from anyway?
Amazing display of patient, sensible, civilized behavior on everyone's part in difficult circumstances. Yes, the plows should have been out, etc., but they weren't, and these people shine for their courtesy and helpfulness to others. Quite a demo of the kind of spirit that have got the Brits through so much. What a pleasure to see good people doing good things for a change. Russian drivers, take a look! This is how it's done.
I'm amazed that there appeared to be no accidents, the guy with the 4 wheel drive that towed the car up the hill could have spent all night doing that, good man for sure. All in all it was refreshing to see how UK drivers behaved and got through this difficult hill of ice and snow, in the US, it would have been a whole different story *LOL*.
For a place that rarely sees snow, I'm impressed there wasn't a single fender-bender in the entire video! Love the guy in the Isuzu Trooper @ 13:09 who hauls the car up the hill like a boss.
one thing i have noticed is even in the us is that tire makers even though they will probably say that i am wrong is that for a winter tire you need a agressive pattern and even the tires they are putting on suv's are of a car tire nature all because of noise when the roads are dry but they won't do you any good in the snow
Very true, 2nd or 3rd and keep the revs around 1500rpm, also diesel front wheel drive and a set of proper Winter Tyres and they'd have no problems at all , I drive a Vauxhal Astra 1.7dti and use Vredstein Snowtrac3 tyres beween October - April...no problems at all, other good makes are "Continetal TS800" and Nokian winter tyres , Dunlop do a decent set also.
Studded tyres are illegal for road use in the UK. Non studded winter tyres are legal and easy to find here. We can get 3 inches of snow in a couple of hours (Much more on higher ground) but then it can melt away within a day! Britain has strange weather in winter!
i got respect for the guy on the bike. the slushy ice beads are the hardest thing to ride on. i takes a lot out of you. about the same energy it would take to ski or snowboard i imagine. your constantly trying to catch your balance with every little slip. packed powder is fun to ride on though. or even just powder
Hi, great video, just shows that people here in the UK still haven't caught on that they should get "Winter Tyres" ( have the Snowflake & Mountain symbol on the side of the tyre ) between the end of October and early April, these are for any weather conditions snow, slush, rain, ice, dry etc when the temps go below +7oC. For a perfect display of what Winter Tyres can do check out "Winter Vs Summer Tyres - On a ski slope" here on RUclips , great vid once again , cheers.
The best car on snow was the old Skoda Estelle I had in the early 90s. Rear engine/rear drive plus it was Czech, and made for Czech winters, which are far worse than ours. Many a time I remember sailing past my neighbours with their modern cars slipping and sliding everywhere. It always started as well. Unlike some of my neighbours' cars.
that snow is so fresh, that it turns into slush and not ice. thats why cars can keep going while slipping their wheels. the more they push the gas, the more they find clear tarmac beneath and can keep going. i guess it was a much different story the next day when the road got covered with a sheet of ice. probably impossible without chains
It says something about a driver when absolutely no attempt has been made to clear snow off a back window. Also the best way up is 3rd gear, low revs and traction, not 1st and wheelspin.
Snow chains are illegal here in the U.K, and our weather reports are visually very good, and the reporters always warn us if anything needs to be warned about.
Nope I'm not shitting you. they have been illegal for many years because they tear up the roads here (thanks in part to the shoddy way our roads are built) that, and we don't normally get enough snow to warrant them. But England has many stupid laws that are broken by everyone everyday lol
Nope, unfortunately over the years we have had, John major, Tony blair, Gordon brown and Dave camaron as prime ministers.... so theres your answer right there haha, we would be better off if piers morgan ran the country.... just.
In the old days the council had grit and salt bins on hills so motorist could spread some under the car wheels. My father always carried a shovel in the boot just for that. A bin on that road would be very handy.
I'm guessing that this type of storm does not happen very often, otherwise your local street maintaince dept. would have trucks out plowing and sanding the streets and roadways.
The reason people don't use winter tyres here is because by the time you need them, the snow will have melted. Snow usually falls in the night, then it melts by midday.
That's a nice hill and vantage point to see all the fun and chaos. I think I'm going to set up shop with a small Caterpillar and charge forty quid a pull each car up that hill.
I've got 2 words for driving during a British winter..... SNOW SOCKS!!! I thought they were a gimmick until my mum got a set for her car, they are so simple to use and they actually work! My mum (in her mid 50's and no mechanical knowledge) can fit them in a couple of minutes and then off she goes with her big fluffy reindeer antlers and big rudolph nose on her car!!! It's quite a sight, makes me laugh every time!
totally agree. I use winter tures for several years now and it annoys me the idiots who REFUSE to purchase the correct tires for the winter season then INSIST on clogging up the main roads and dumping their cars when they get stuck thus making the road impassable for others. .
TRPG pilot i can't understand why countries with snowy seasons don't consider laws regarding winter tires. Sweden as for Finland and Canada should be highlighted when other countries struggling with traffic accidents due to lack of knowledge and the importance using the right equipment depending on the weather/situation condition.
SuburbAllied It's because in most of the UK snow is rare. Last year (here) we had none. The year before none. Both years before that we had around a week where there was snow on some roads but most of the main roads were clear anyway. For most people snow tyres are just not necessary. I use them but I do a lot of miles in all weathers. We don't get a snowy season though - just a chance of snow.
hung huge I dont disput that snow tires are not needed by most people in england. But please why then do they INSIST on driving when it snows thus blocking the main roads and the highways? Rememeber those that slept overnight on the M6 highway 2 years ago when just a few inches fell? Was it not better they did not travel if they were not properly equiped? Just stay at home if it snows! cant stay at home? need to travel in Winter? Then purchase winter tires. Simple.
+Stefano Conca I don't think that's true for central and south coastal italy. In Croatia on the coast everyone are driving with summer or all season tires whole year. Snow is very rare on the coast (once every 2-4 years) and it usually stays up to 24 hours.
Give us more of these videos please :) they're very enjoyable to watch **hides gloating** either way it's fun to see how certain people handle the situation
Maybe I'll also assemble an emergency summer to snow tire kit to be kept in the boot / trunk. It will consist of one battery drill with screw tip and a bag of hex head sheet metal screws and Written instructions. "If stuck or slipping in snow or ice, simply screw in 24 screws on each of the drive tires and be on your way". As an additional option, I'll also have a convenient 50 patch tire repair kit. Now I know what you all are thinking. Why 48 screws and 50 patches?? well the answer to that should be obvious. If these people have trouble driving in these conditions, I know they are likely to screw up two patches before they get it right!
Winter tyres, thats what people need in these conditions, or at least All Season tyres. It is silly that most UK vehicles come with Summer Tyres and then people change them for cheap Chinese tyres which are even worse.
Glad there wasn't any accidents. Where I come from snow is normal and most people have snow tires, United Kingdom as far as I know doesn't get much snow
+Zoe Davids you're correct, we don't get much snow. But when we do get a little flurry of snow most say "oooooohhhh noooooo lets all hide away, not go to work and shut everything down" It's quite annoying of the British. It's not law to have snow / winter tires in the UK either, some people do opt for them out of common sense.
But they are speeding doing at least 60mph but getting nowhere making their tyres bald creating a serious noise nuisance when they should be going very slow with no revving at all.
EVERY one need to use good winter tires!!! if every one have that this "problem" that you have is gone. if it is snow/ice an dyou have summer tires on DO NOT DRIVE! old summer tires did have a posebility to work. the new one made out of "plastic" do not work! look at my video "Daily drive on the snow covered roads in Norway" an dyou can se that it is NO problem driving on snow. and the car i use is a RWD one.
Why get snow tires when it only snows a few times a year? I do, however, agree that you should stay off the roads if you have bad summer tires. USE PUBLIC TRANSIT as it's obvious the buses had no problems.
well if it is real snow even the busses have problems.. the reason to get winter tires is that if you get "som snow" you have cold temp for a good portion of the winter. and the winter tires work bether at low tenp (below +10c) then summer tires. so you driver safer durign the winter AND you can drive when the snow comes.. in my video "Daily drive on the snow covered roads in Norway" it is "real snow" so i realy need the winter tires ;)
Problem is, Brits don`t use winter tires. On the other side, winter in UK is warmer and shorter than in continental Europe. Winter tire do it`s job fine up to about 10 degree (plus of course) I don`t know how much winter tires costs in England, but for sure they are cheaper than repair after crashm and they will last for few years.
John Danson Nie jestem w stanie przełożyć swoich myśli na język angielski, dlatego odpowiem w swoim języku :) Tak, masz rację z tymi kosztami. Ponadto kupno taniego auta nie oznacza wcale taniej naprawy w przypadku rozbicia go. Pozdrawiam z Polski.
Why did they not close the road/hill. They do it in Canada when there is a bad hill which hill cause accidents. Also our bus routes are the first ones to be salted/gritted, then anything with bridges or hills.
Remember on snow or ice you should get your wheels spinning as fast as possible and if you start to slide turn your wheels sharply and hold them there while you lock up your brakes.
@Mike Barratt You spoilt it by saying send up. I wanted to hear how many would have called you an idiot, good laugh anyway.
PMSL!
😄 watch it.
At least 10 people min would take that onboard!
Thank you if someone smacks into my car while it's parked 👍
9:19 good driving from the bus. Takes a lot to get a bus back moving on a snowy and icy hill!
The management shouldn't have put the driver in that position in the first place. And if it goes wrong-Blame the Driver, the management arent the ones standing in the dock.
In these dangerous conditions buses should be required by law to use snow chains or similar restraining devices like they used to in the old days.
the guys driving the buses round there need a medal. o also take my hat off to the 1 guy that helped
I think you live in Russia ,buddy.
tirpitz19 No--New Mexico. :)
I was thinking the exact same thing almost word for word.
Secret Treasure Path give UK an inch of snow everything stops in countries that get snow everything carry on as normal
Secret Treasure Path I loved that comment!!! Made me choke of my sandwich lol.
That Bike was 100% Thug life.
I was expecting it to go over any second. Obviously an off-roader with nice knobbly tyres.
He was the only one with the right idea, keep going, keep your momentum, or whatever it's called. Once you stop, that's pretty much it.
Here in Finland local farmers earn some extra from council by keeping roads and streets clean during winter with their tractors. When snow starts coming tractors are out almost instantly. You should do that in U.K. too.
+suomenpresidentti They probably blame on that it rarely comes any snow there.... but they should be prepared
+suomenpresidentti As if our government would give our farmers any funds to do that!
+Dog Rogers exactly
+suomenpresidentti yeah, we do the same thing in sweden! Hi neighbour!
+Dog Rogers The farmers in the UK are heavily subsidised already. Some from the UK and some from the EU.

Was impressed by the guy who stopped to tow another. Need more actions like that in the world.
LOL @ the motorcycle just poppin right on through! Priceless!
Haha yea.
That was great.😃
did I just watch a bus drift up a hill with 1mph?! my life is complete lol
That was AWESOME. When we lived in Ohio my brother and I shoveled the driveway, my BRAIN DEAD step-dad pulled into the bank of snow and got stuck.
We told him he could get stuck going down hill on dry pavement.
You know that guy has been driving 4x4s for years and was just waiting for this to happen 😂
Hats off to you for helping 🥇
That crosser was amazing, blasted straight up. :)
What's a crosser? I'm from New England USA, never heard of that term ha ha.
di foo!! It Means a Dirt Bike/Supermoto :)

Was really hoping that someone flooring it up the hill would yell "POWERRRRR!"
Where's Clarkson when you need him :-)
sammythesnake1986 Must Have been him on the motocross bike then lol
sammythesnake1986
Excellent driving considering the conditions! And relatively no carnage? Not even any swearing or pissed off drivers... Great video!
I’m quite impressed with how the bus driver actually managed to drive such a big bus down a very slippery snowy hill.
I could watch this video on a loop to put me to sleep. No idea why, must be the hum of the engines is soothing...
That guy on the bike was thinking "haha fuck you guys".
Haha legend on that motorcross bike and the quad
great bus driving skills.

Sorry, should have been clearer - studded and chained tires were the issue I was trying to talk about.
I got to admit, you have some good drivers over there. I'm over halfway through the video and haven't seen one accident yet.
Amazing display of patient, sensible, civilized behavior on everyone's part in difficult circumstances. Yes, the plows should have been out, etc., but they weren't, and these people shine for their courtesy and helpfulness to others. 7:53 Prince Philip in his Range Rover saying "Fuck you, peasants!"
(Now I just lost my DofE award now. LOL)
Cars in winter + no winter tyres=fun!
Also Guy in the 4wd at the end what a legend for towing that Vectra up the Hill , Top man
I'm amazed that there appeared to be no accidents, the guy with the 4 wheel drive that towed the car up the hill could have spent all night doing that, good man for sure. All in all it was refreshing to see how UK drivers behaved and got through this difficult hill of ice and snow, in the US, it would have been a whole different story *LOL*.
Soon as the first muppet stops and slows everything down then u lose the tarmac line your ducked XD
For a place that rarely sees snow, I'm impressed there wasn't a single fender-bender in the entire video! Love the guy in the Isuzu Trooper @ 13:09 who hauls the car up the hill like a boss.
No problem driving down that hill in snow...until you have to stop.
one thing i have noticed is even in the us is that tire makers even though they will probably say that i am wrong is that for a winter tire you need a agressive pattern and even the tires they are putting on suv's are of a car tire nature all because of noise when the roads are dry but they won't do you any good in the snow
Nice to see the 4x4 tow that other car up the hill :)
No wonder, they're crashing: They're driving on the wrong side!
Michel Monnet lol👍
and on that night, the number 43 bus, made a fool of all!
Very true, 2nd or 3rd and keep the revs around 1500rpm, also diesel front wheel drive and a set of proper Winter Tyres and they'd have no problems at all , I drive a Vauxhal Astra 1.7dti and use Vredstein Snowtrac3 tyres beween October - April...no problems at all, other good makes are "Continetal TS800" and Nokian winter tyres , Dunlop do a decent set also.
nobody had the idea to reduce air pressure for better grip
On the hill near us, we throw out the embers from our open fire...and then sand on top..works a treat.
Studded tyres are illegal for road use in the UK. Non studded winter tyres are legal and easy to find here. We can get 3 inches of snow in a couple of hours (Much more on higher ground) but then it can melt away within a day! Britain has strange weather in winter!
i got respect for the guy on the bike. the slushy ice beads are the hardest thing to ride on. i takes a lot out of you. about the same energy it would take to ski or snowboard i imagine. your constantly trying to catch your balance with every little slip. packed powder is fun to ride on though. or even just powder
hi hi ....i remember the number one
you know it....snow ...camera....big fun for you from the window
thanks for sharing Ian
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND
Pat
Probably 20 sets of snow tires in the whole country !
i love all the rang-rover drivers driving up the hill like its nothing lolol
Hi, great video, just shows that people here in the UK still haven't caught on that they should get "Winter Tyres" ( have the Snowflake & Mountain symbol on the side of the tyre ) between the end of October and early April, these are for any weather conditions snow, slush, rain, ice, dry etc when the temps go below +7oC. Many a time I remember sailing past my neighbours with their modern cars slipping and sliding everywhere. It always started as well. Unlike some of my neighbours' cars.
Mr bus driver & motorcyclist shows how its done the quick way :p
I saw buses, atvs, bikes, lol. It was pretty diverse set of vehicles.
that snow is so fresh, that it turns into slush and not ice.
thats why cars can keep going while slipping their wheels. the more they push the gas, the more they find clear tarmac beneath and can keep going.
i guess it was a much different story the next day when the road got covered with a sheet of ice. probably impossible without chains
6:39 'oh its a bmw! I musst filming THE back wheels ' :D
2:50 is that Yaris really trying with the handbrake on!?
Keep a constant speed and your fine. I figured out how to unstuck a transit in snow. Traction control off, floor it in first then to second!
It says something about a driver when absolutely no attempt has been made to clear snow off a back window. Also the best way up is 3rd gear, low revs and traction, not 1st and wheelspin.
I guess no one in Britain has ever heard of snow chains...or a weather report to know when to put them on???
Snow chains are illegal here in the U.K, and our weather reports are visually very good, and the reporters always warn us if anything needs to be warned about.
Your shitting me Sammy, Illegal??? Why would something so singularly useful be banned? Especially in rural areas?
Nope I'm not shitting you. they have been illegal for many years because they tear up the roads here (thanks in part to the shoddy way our roads are built) that, and we don't normally get enough snow to warrant them. But England has many stupid laws that are broken by everyone everyday lol

Nope, unfortunately over the years we have had, John major, Tony blair, Gordon brown and Dave camaron as prime ministers.... so theres your answer right there haha, we would be better off if piers morgan ran the country.... just.
Tire chains in some countries should be mandatory to have, along with first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
In the old days the council had grit and salt bins on hills so motorist could spread some under the car wheels. My father always carried a shovel in the boot just for that. A bin on that road would be very handy.

Thats kinda cute, how most of them are using summer tires. Kinda funny :D
как легко прёт автобус!! а также респект чувакам на дёртовом байке и квадрике! :)
lol the dirt bike like “see ya fuckers”
The reason people don't use winter tyres here is because by the time you need them, the snow will have melted. Snow usually falls in the night, then it melts by midday.
It's not just snow they are effective for. Below 7°C they provide much better braking and wet handling than summer tyres
Gents, slap some radial tires on those cars, you'll be ready in no time. Welcome to New Jersey.
What i've learned from this is get a quad or a dirty bike lol loved the bus driver keeping his foot in with the damn car's getting in his way.
These vids are the best
That's a nice hill and vantage point to see all the fun and chaos. I think I'm going to set up shop with a small Caterpillar and charge forty quid a pull each car up that hill.
06:54 is hilarious :-)
As a New Yorker who lives in the UK, Brits have no idea how to drive in the snow.
I've got 2 words for driving during a British winter..... SNOW SOCKS!!! I thought they were a gimmick until my mum got a set for her car, they are so simple to use and they actually work! My mum (in her mid 50's and no mechanical knowledge) can fit them in a couple of minutes and then off she goes with her big fluffy reindeer antlers and big rudolph nose on her car!!! with swedish winter tyries that street would not be any problem at all
totally agree. I use winter tures for several years now and it annoys me the idiots who REFUSE to purchase the correct tires for the winter season then INSIST on clogging up the main roads and dumping their cars when they get stuck thus making the road impassable for others. .

Actually you are from Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. Is that close enough for you?
They don't sell winter tyres in islands 😂😂
Even if Snow plow are in delay, here in Italy you must have winter tyres from november to february.
+Stefano Conca I don't think that's true for central and south coastal italy.
In Croatia on the coast everyone are driving with summer or all season tires whole year. Snow is very rare on the coast (once every 2-4 years) and it usually stays up to 24 hours.
The guy on the corner holding an umbrella... Using umbrellas in a snow storm, is that a UK thing? I admit he looks very charming though.
Them enviro 400 are quite strong
Really rather relaxing :-)
To see others in pain and suffering... LOL!!!
_"...pain and suffering..."_ ?
What video did you watch?
Fred Gandt
This one Goof... You are good for a laugh....
vasanthmuthu Jesus, get a fucking grip, man. Getting stuck is an annoyance. "Pain and suffering." Get back on your meds.
did the 6:32 bmw make it? Put up a great fight for a rear wheel drive convertible!
looks to me like Vauxhalls are lousy snow cars. Hats off to the samaritan in the Trooper for lending a hand.
Because fuck winter tyres! :-D
Give us more of these videos please :) they're very enjoyable to watch **hides gloating** either way it's fun to see how certain people handle the situation
enjoyed this ,,very relaxing,,loved the bus going sideways lol

10.000£ pound cars but 80£ for winter tires? No way....
haha fun watch Ian thanks for posting.
I like that old Land Rover Defender at 1:30 if that's what it is. Don't see them much here in the states, but when I do I'm like "wow! I want one!"
Gosh, If I was the owner of that Celica I'd be fearing for my car's life. That taxi at the end made me cringe.
5.53 everyone try to get up the hill would of thought holy shit a bus
The local council should really invest in salt bins on this road. Seen a few clips of it year after year!
As I bus driver , in that situation I’d have pulled over safely and stopped the bus. No point going any further and risk having an accident.
4x4 saves the day...i would never own a 2WD vehicle.
a 4x4 on normal summer tires or 2wd on winter tires, the 2wd dose better. tires are much more important
These people are actually handling this pretty well.
But they are speeding doing at least 60mph but getting nowhere making their tyres bald creating a serious noise nuisance when they should be going very slow with no revving at all.
being the UK I presume they're all on summers??
EVERY one need to use good winter tires!!! if every one have that this "problem" that you have is gone. if it is snow/ice an dyou have summer tires on DO NOT DRIVE! old summer tires did have a posebility to work. the new one made out of "plastic" do not work! look at my video "Daily drive on the snow covered roads in Norway" an dyou can se that it is NO problem driving on snow. and the car i use is a RWD one.
you're wasting your breath, you may as well be talking to a brick wall.
The smart one stayed home and recorded all the ijits being ijits
Problem is, Brits don`t use winter tires. On the other side, winter in UK is warmer and shorter than in continental Europe. Winter tire do it`s job fine up to about 10 degree (plus of course) I don`t know how much winter tires costs in England, but for sure they are cheaper than repair after crashm and they will last for few years.
+maciekapocaliptic Are you sure? Those cars look pretty cheap! lol
Yeah but the insurers will charge twice the shop price. Get Winter tyres, they stop in the wet better too.
John Danson Nie jestem w stanie przełożyć swoich myśli na język angielski, dlatego odpowiem w swoim języku :)
Tak, masz rację z tymi kosztami. Ponadto kupno taniego auta nie oznacza wcale taniej naprawy w przypadku rozbicia go.
Pozdrawiam z Polski.
Don’t you mean winter tyres.
I wonder how many of these people now use winter tyres.
That bus going up was impressive.
Why did they not close the road/hill. They do it in Canada when there is a bad hill which hill cause accidents. Also our bus routes are the first ones to be salted/gritted, then anything with bridges or hills.
I've been driving in Canadian winters for 30 years now. Perhaps it's time to move back to Britain and get rich opening a winter driving school.
Looks like they don't have snow tires in the UK.
Forbes Hutton It hardly snows in the UK now :( Last proper heavy snow like this was back in 2013.
It's not just the winter months they can't drive... it's the whole concept of driving!! Whahabhua
Look at the speed those idiots are going in those conditions!
UK hasn´t winter tires?
