I tried your recipe with both "biscuits" and gram cracker crumbs for the crust, and even though your cheesecake filling is the BEST, I much more prefer the traditional gram cracker crust. The great thing about these recipes is that one can alter them in 100 different ways!! Adding chopped pecans and lemon zest to the crust mixture, as well as fresh lemon juice in place of vanilla, changes it up to becoming a Lemon Cheesecake, instead of a Vanilla Cheesecake, etc.

I canr believe my cheese cake turned out well. As sn internet site told me to use condensed milk & £8 of ingredients wet to the drain. So double cream is the way to go. Expensive dessert

Delicious recipe but far too small! It is too good to enjoy at that size, perhaps 3x the size
