No Bake Banoffee Cheesecake

This No Bake Banoffee Cheesecake it's so simple to make and so delicious. It will surely satisfy your sweet tooth!
Buttery, crunchy base, topped with caramelised bananas and on top of it amazingly soft and sweet cream cheese filling and if that's not enough there is more goodness on top - whipped cream, more bananas, chocolate and a generous drizzle of toffee sauce! Just heaven! You gotta try it!

Ingredients:
Biscuits base:
220g digestive biscuits
125g melted unsalted butter
Cream Cheese Filling:
620g soft cream cheese (room temp.)
120g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
300ml double cream
Caramelised Bananas:
2 medium bananas(sliced)
1tbsp light brown sugar
30g butter
Toffee Sauce:
60g butter
100g light brown sugar
120ml double cream
Decoration:
240ml double cream
30g icing sugar
1tsp gelatine
1tbsp water
Chocolate curls
1 banana
