didn't eat cheesecake in years...my husband's fav..great video 👍😀
Would it be good if you topped it with berries??
Yes, that would have been nicer but decided to leave it plain just to be focused on Cheese.
I noticed your crust base in the video didn't hold together very well. Would increasing slightly the butter amount help bind better? Or any suggestions /tips?
Hi,
I agree that increasing the butter amount will help. Thank you.
legend thanks so much
This is a cheesecake the average person can do with ease! Thank you 💝!
You are so welcome!
Theres a local shop near me that makes these exactly the same! But her biscuit base is solid.. no falling apart.. how would they accomplish this?

Hi, sorry for the late reply as I was on holiday. It was 20 or 22 cm tin.
Great cheese cake.
Double cream Market mai kya brand se milta
It depends which country you are in. Generally you can ask or look for Double/whipped cream in fresh milk section of any supermarket. Brand might be different for different countries.
I want to try this but I don’t have a mixer
What kind of crackers u used??
Zip lock bag n rolling pin faster
Hi bro! Hope your doing good! I have a question🤔. I was watching many no bake cheesecake video and noticed that some mixtures were thick like yours and you could take it out with a spatula, while other mixtures where more runny and wet. The runny and wet once we're poured Into the pan because they weren't as fluffy. The end result was that both would set properly in the fridge. But is it better to have a silky mixture or a thick mixture ( like yours ) for cheesecake?
Also, what would be the difference? Would the more runny one be more smooth? Or more dense? And would the thick one be too light? It would be great if you could answer these questions! Bye! Have a great day👍
Hi Adam,
I acknowledged you question and still couldn't answer as I am really busy. Sorry about that but will be back with your answer soon.😊
Hey Adam,
I am going to be honest we prefer to have a thick cream mixture. The method we used helped set it nicely and we prefer this consistency. It is important to whisk the cream mixture well we used heavy thick cream (Double Cream) to get the thick consistency however if your mixture is a little runny adding gelatin, cornstarch can help thicken the mixture. There is no right or wrong way of making the cream mixture.
Thank you.

Double cream means??
Hi, Thank you for the question.
Double cream is the British term for heavy or whipping cream in the United States, but it is a little thicker than whipping cream.
Double cream is produced when the butterfat is skimmed off the surface of cow's milk. It is very rich, made up of at least 48% fat. That makes it a wonderful cooking ingredient. It gives any dish, from sauces to puddings, that indulgent taste and silky texture. Double cream is so rich, in fact, that it is easy to over whip it and get it too thick.
OK there's really nothing Vanilla about this cheesecake - a tablespoon of vanilla extract certainly doesn't count!
Thank you for your comment. This is a simple vanilla cheesecake for beginners.
