Lets bake some cookies

Today I am finishing my Christmas Cookies. I hope you enjoy making these Cake Mix Cookies and Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies.
Cake Mix Cookies
1 box of cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup powder sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil.
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Roll balls into powder sugar.
Bake on uncreased cookie sheet for 6-8 minutes. They should be lightly brown on sides and top will have crinkles. I flatten my cookies just a little before baking.
Store in an airtight container.
Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup flour
3 cups old fashion oats
1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla mix well. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix well. Add flour, beat until mixed in and then beat in oats. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Scoop dough using a medium cookie scoop. Space 2-3 inches apart on a prepared cookies sheet .
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cook on cookie sheet for 2 minutes then remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.
Store in and airtight container.
