Very few macaron chefs use a buttercream which involves leftover yolks, thank you for that! I noticed a significantly large amount of matcha for both the filling and the shells... Aren't those macarons a tad too bitter at the end? I'm more familiar with white chocolate ganaches flavored with matcha, so this version is certainly quite intriguing... And I will surely try this recipe! Thanks a lot for sharing ❤!
