  • Bryan Hagerich was among five Americans arrested in the Turks and Caicos for having ammunition in their luggage. The Pennsylvania resident was sentenced to a year in prison, but the court suspended the sentence. After paying a fine of $6,700, Hagerich was allowed to head home. Attorney Ted Simon tells “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” it’s an important lesson to anyone traveling overseas: Thoroughly check your bags before you zip them up and head to the airport.
