2-3 ripe mangos, diced
3-4 cups vodka, haha jk water
3/4 cup tapioca pearls, uncooked
1 jar coconut jelly, drained of juices
1.5 cups half and half (or 50:50 blend of milk & heavy whipping cream)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package. Add water add tapioca pearls to a pot. Bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat a little bit but still at a boil and cook for 10 mins. Remember to stir occasionally. After 10 mins, turn off heat and allow to sit for 15 mins. Then rinse & drain under cold water.
2. To your tapioca pearls, add the rest of your ingredients: diced mangos, coconut jelly (drained of juices), half and half, condensed milk.
3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving or serve with ice is ok

Tips for cooking the pearls: wait for the water to boil before you put in the jelly pearls.
They will retain the round shape.
If you put in the pearls when the water still cool or lukewarm, the pearls will crumble.

@@swatisrivas Are you vegan? I’m surprised that you wouldn’t already know how to look up alternatives, or know some off the top of your head, since vegans surely have to modify many recipes. I’m not a vegan, I just don’t eat meat, however I’m fairly familiar with vegan alternatives from seeing tips mentioned here and there.
Does this content creator make many vegan dishes? If not, I wouldn’t think she would be a very good person to ask for substitution recommendations. You just need to replace the condensed milk and half and half with whatever milk alternatives you prefer. To get close to the same viscosity as the original ingredients, use vegan condensed milk or full fat coconut milk for the condensed milk. She doesn’t mention that it’s sweetened condensed milk, but if it’s supposed to be, youll have to use maple syrup or some sugar product to sweeten whatever you use. For the half and half, use a nut milk or more of the alternatives I suggested in the previous sentence.

So instead I added jackfruit (which was not very ripe) and Lychee, also I didn't add the coconut jelly....I just used whatever ingredients I had. It tasted really amazing!!! 😍
