    Love mine. I ride a crowd killer round. 37 years old. Easy to catch waves and turns better than the Firewire Vacay I had before.

    When it's crowded I bring a " crowd pleaser " because the crowd love to give me waves when I'm on these boards.😁 Matt is slowly getting wiser.
    It's not surfing if you get one wave an hour.

    I'm surfing for 1 Year now with an cheap epoxy 7"6 board and really looking to buy something smaller better quality and more agile without compromising my surf progression. Would you guys recomend this board type or am I over comiting? I want to start imrpoving my pump and praticing turns and small basic tricks. I weight 85 with 1,86m tall

    Looking at maybe a 7'7" CK Round. Wondering if it's to much float. I'd be using this board when competing in crowded lineups that are heavy on the longboarders. Current boards are 5'11" Lost PJ Libtech and a 6'2" Uber Driver(Pre 2018 model) custom (6.3x21.5x3). Mostly I want to beat longboarders all day long, but still be able to crank it.

    • @REALWatersports
      @REALWatersports  4 года назад +1

      MR PC or the Futures T1, just depends on which fin boxes you have www.realwatersports.com/collections/twin-trailer

    Will a 6'10 duck dive ok on bigger days or does it need to be downsized to a 6'8 for someone in the 180-190 LB range?

    • @genomcnerney9673
      @genomcnerney9673 4 года назад +1

      I would get the 6'8 if I was you I'm 6'1 190 lbs and my 6'10 ducks decently

    • @dougsheldon8970
      @dougsheldon8970 4 года назад +2

      @@genomcnerney9673 why did u go 6 10 and not in the 7+ range? Just curious. I have a 7 '0 crowd killer swallow at46l and it's a real issue duck diving under white water. Great with an easy paddle though.

    • @genomcnerney9673
      @genomcnerney9673 4 года назад

      @@dougsheldon8970I wish I went 6'8 or even 6'6 just because my local spot is heavy shorebreak long paddle at times.

    • @urbanrunoff
      @urbanrunoff 4 года назад +2

      I am not new to midlengths and I have to concur that for some reason this board does not duck dive as well as my 2 other "eggs" of the same length and volume. I really have to grab it closer to the nose to get it down easier. more foam under the chest?

    • @REALWatersports
      @REALWatersports  4 года назад

      Douglas, sorry this slipped through but the other guys are right as well. It really depends on person to person, these are big boards so won't duck dive too easily, but if you're sized smaller they won't give too much trouble. It really just depends where you want to be on the range of performance and duck diving versus paddling and wave catching

    I am 144 pounds 6 foot tall girl, I see you ride these all quite long … can I ride it like a short board slightly longer, maybe a 6‘4? Or are they made to be ridden much longer? My current is a 6 foot of flyer 32 liters but I am looking for something easier …
