- I present to you my first single from "From All Sides"! :D This album is gonna be crazy, let me just tell ya that right now. "Constellations" is one of three singles that I will be uploading before the release of the album.
I really need your help to get the word out about this song and this album! Every like, favorite, and share is greatly appreciated. Thanks for spreading the word! :D

This song is almost 10 years old, im having a hard time letting that sink in. I remember walking home from my first job nightly with the entire From All Sides cd on loop, but Constellations just hit that satisfying nerve. But thinking about how long ago that was, somehow it makings the meaning and the 2016 versions meaning that much more impactful.

Yup! The hidden meaning behind the song is Luna wondering if there could be something more for her than her kingdom back in Equestria... She misses her life back home, but she wonders if something great awaits her as she stares into the sky at the constellations. Most of you guessed this pretty close, I didn't think I made it that clear! xD

Oh, the pony reference is Luna being banished to the moon! "Time goes by", "I can't escape"? It seems pretty good to me. It only took a few months for me to get it.
I think I still prefer the 2016 version, but I've been listening to this one a lot in the last few days and it's really growing on me.
Support this artist! He actually has a "realistic mission" to his music and we bornies/pegasisters/non-bronies should try to show him our appreciation for the awesome music&LYRICS he produces.

Is the easter egg "The constellations will make my dreams come true"? Because in the first episode, it said the stars would aid in Nightmare Moon's escape, so she can take over and make her plan of eternal night be set into action.

This song is actually really awesome. I used to think aviators sucked before 2013 for some reason, I had no idea so many of his songs (and good ones too!) were pre-2013...

the way i see it, good works of art, weather it be poetry, music, or painting, is like... stars in the sky. there are so many of them that you can almost never recognize them all by heart. but no matter how many stars there are in the sky, when you look up, you'll be amazed by their light.
this used to be my tenth favorite song, but recently the lyrics of this song just struck me, now its at least on the top 3

Seriously, You are the best musician ever to have lived IMO. Not one song ever made by you has been bad, and the "worst" of your songs are still amazing. I cannot say that for any other band/musician I have ever listened too.

Its Luna because when she got sent to the moon she needed the stars to Ade her escape or also the doctor because he travels in space and he has seen constellations of all sorts

That line is actually both, a reference to Luna and a metaphor. That's how he writes a lot of his songs since From All Sides.
Oh, and I will be buying this album with no doubt whatsoever I am fortunate enough to where at the current moment, money is not an issue.

About 6 minutes ago, and I saw "Aviators - Constellations" and I immediately clicked it. (1) I thoroughly enjoy all of the songs you have made, both pony and non-pony related. (2) you know you're pretty darn good at music when you put up a video and in 50 minutes you have 249 views and 137 likes and after 5 more minutes you have 262 views and 138 likes. You are one great musician and I anxiously wait the next stroke of musical genius you have--which would be your next song of course.
