My mom used to cut up pieces of glass or tiles for mosaic, i still have vivid memories of her lying down on the floor with a big plastic bag of cut up pieces, she let me cut up one piece and asked me to get away so i don't cut myself 😂
It depends on the size of your piece, how intricate the cuts are, how many different colors etc. After you cut you have to grind, then clean, then tape before you can solder everything together. Some of my larger pieces can take me hours over the course of a couple days, but it all just depends. Hope this helps!
What becomes of the left over fragments? Do you do a Derren Brown and eat it? If you crush it small its safe according to Darren. He did it with a light bulb i think… maybe don’t try it unsupervised … or at all…. 😅
Cut glass isn't as sharp as jagged broken glass so you can handle it a decent amount with no issues, just don't run your fingers/hands along the edges or you can slice your skin. Also avoid pricking yourself with any sharp corners.
I genuinely do not understand how people considered the most eat grading sound in existence relaxing. "Man this is so relaxing 😌" and it's nails on a chalkboards uglier cousin; scoring glass.
Do you ever feel like biting the glass? They look so tasty!
That's kinda twisted but I strangely get it 😂
@@stefany2024ur not alone😂
You can eat glass according to derren brown- you just have to keep chewing until it’s really small. But again, i say, don’t try it…
I love your videos and it really makes me want to try this craft ❤❤
I really am invested in buying my own set and starting to make stained glass, this turns out so beautiful and seems to be so satisfying to work on ❤
Such a skill to snap apart those smaller, pointier, curved bits. Ug! Practice, practice, practice!
I really want to learn, how to make these.
Can you share a video of the materials and how to used them in detail.

Where did you get the patterns that are ready to stick to glass? I'd love to have those decal like patterns.
I print on sticker paper & cut them out with a Cricut!

Loveee this!!! How long does it usually take you to finish a piece? Surely you’re not sitting there for hours at a time right??

How do you not hurt yourself while cutting glass or braking it

You should wear something to protect your hands, you cut cristal as if you were cutting chocolate candy bar. You should be careful
where do you buy the glasses from?
Hobby lobby usually has a very large and affordable section of glass
