thank u for this tutorial. but i think i got lost in the middle. started the decline in the 14th line right? u said 4th line of the decrease shld be 19th line. but i am only on the 17th line. please enlighten me. thanks!
I’ve done it twice and still got to row 17 and not 19 if I carried on to 19 I would not longer have 83 stitches but if I don’t decrease again then would it mess up the pattern?
I also only got to row 17 when she said "you should have 19 rows." If you stopped at row 13, then only added 4 more rows of decreases, then that only makes 17.... A little confused, as I see I'm not the only one with this issue 😅 Please help lol

This cover up is just really stretchy, so once you wear it the sleeves just drop down :)
