One thing I’m proud of in June was that I survived all of the volunteering I did for my youngest daughters class. I volunteered for field trips and to help with the end of the year party as well as a couple other days in between. I LOVE volunteering for my kids schools and do it as much as I possibly can but they certainly crammed a lot in just a few short weeks. I also survived her 5th grade celebration without balling my eyes out. She’s our last one to be leaving elementary school and heading to Middle school. To help with remembering to eat you could set an alarm on your phone everyday. I know that’s helped me a lot with not only remembering to eat but to also drink more water..the struggle is real for sure!!💜
I just love how pleasant your voice is. I always enjoy. So refreshing to watch someone who is bold in their faith. Can’t imagine my life without knowing the Lord is in control.
☕ When you stopped doing teaching videos I thought about not watching your videos anymore, but I find myself coming back every time I get a notification cuz your videos are so calming 😁
I love talking about goals so this was a fun video! I need to still sit down and do my mid-year goal check in and this inspired me! I’m proud of how much I’ve been able to get done with setting up my first classroom for next year and decluttering my house to get ready to move.
I’m very happy that, I never do summer school because summer time is time for me and my daughters. Especially since I only have my oldest 50% of the time. But I am saving up for a big trip for her 16th next summer. So I asked her if she felt like we’d have enough time if I did summer school. She said yes, so I took the job. 4 weeks worked 8-1:50pm and only taught for 4.5 hours. So I got to make money AND be home quickly to still do things with my girls. I actually enjoyed teaching it and was happy the students got what they needed out of it. I also had my first year not as the classroom teacher but a tier 1 support teacher, so I definitely had more battery power at the end of the year to do this!
I’m very proud of how I picked up a part-time job in between the school year! I just have two weeks of the job left before I prepare for the new school year :)
One thing that I am proud of from June is that I started my health/fitness journey!! I have been telling myself I was going to start this for YEARS and just never did. This time, we are doing the thing!!
I’m glad that we were able to pull off our first summer vacation as a family of 7. We were able to take our kids and my nephew to Khalahari in Round Rock Texas. It was really nice and our kids enjoyed making memories they will cherish forever ❤
I always try to drink one of my “Starbucks cup” tumblers full of water before I let myself have any caffeine! I get to work on the water right away when I wake up and it helps 🥰 Get a water cup you love or drink a Stanley full then you’re clear to go for coffee - just something that’s helped me!
Look at you crushing those goals! 🎉 just added you as a friend on YouVersion. I would love to do a community study! I need accountability in this season of life for sure. I’m proud that I’ve successfully transitioned from working mom to summer mom and I’m having a great summer with my girls so far 🙌🏻🥰
Hey Emma! I tried having my smoothie before my coffee this morning, and I have not felt jittery or nauseous all day! Took me longer to wake up though lol... you can do it!
I'm proud of being more intentional with food decisions - small changes can really add up! 🤍 Also, I love the idea of doing the YouVersion bible study as a group!!
I 100% feel the "reading a book" thing. I have been on a Christmas in July kick...you know, the cheesy Hallmark-type books? Just finishing a book as a mama feels like an accomplishment.
I'm proud that I finished teaching summer school for a practicum experience!! I also started taking better care of my mental health.

Proud to witness my daughter graduate from high school and celebrate her all month long ❤ It takes a village!
Oh my, how sweet!!!
I'm very proud I checked a dream trip off my bucket list this past month!

Don't settle for average. Bring your best to the moment. Then, whether it fails or succeeds, at least you know you gave all you had.
One thing I’m proud of from June was getting some help with my postpartum anxiety/depression
SO proud of you!!!

Also, I am proud of how I’ve let myself relax this past month and truly enjoy being off work!

Emma, I need to tell something: your videos are so calm and I don't know why, but they give me peace and I watch them for relax 😅
Ahh that’s my number one goal. Thank you for sharing. 🥹💗
I am proud of getting myself through teaching summer camp !

I just did my kitchen cupboards and drawers on Monday. Glad to have it checked off but ugh
it always feels nice but it's so annoying!!
Hi! I finally had some time to catch up on your latest video and I’m loving the idea of doing a Bible study. Am I too late to join?
I love your videos! One thing I am proud of in the month of June. . .I was able to walk at least 20,000 steps (10 miles) every day. Yippee!
Wow!!!
Double wow!
Ya I just want to know why you choose Chicago to visit and where did you stay? So happy baby was good on trip!
