A big responsible man should have room for compassion and love, to balance out responsibility and justice. Coming from a tiny effeminate man who gets mistaken as a woman, most of the best friends I have understand the you can't have one without the other if you want a balanced and good life. And yup my friend group is all nerds and bikers with some overlap.

Maybe not a baby rat, but I'm sure there are dogs, cats, or even people abandoned or in vulnerable situation not too far from you. Just take the time to look around.
@@KvltKommando that’s an excuse, no need to be literal about it. Many of us stumble upon creatures in danger , distress, wounded etc and do nothing about it. It doesn’t have to be a mouse. What next, say we didn’t get the opportunity because the mouse wasn’t a baby?

I had a really sad experience between a neighborhood cat and a poor, helpless baby chipmunk. It was my fault because this big male cat kept digging, trying to get to something I couldn't see, but i could hear this loud chirping sound. So when I went to look and move the big object in the way, this baby chipmunk ran out and the cat caught it. The cat was so fast as I tried to run after it to get the helpless chipmunk. I could hear the cries of the creature, but I couldn't do anything about it. I sobbed and cried so hard that day. Maybe if I had tried to distract the cat enough or even attempted to grab the cat and put him in my house, maybe I could have saved the baby chipmunk somehow.
I usually see mice only in the traps

In America, where I'm from, there's Angelina Ballerina, which is about a white mouse named Angelina who wears a pink tutu and unitard and is a ballerina. I'm sure there's many others, but that's one book I remember being displayed on top of a bookshelf in my childhood/teen-hood

My dad God rest his soul...saved everyone (meaning animals) my lil bro who is now in his 30s took apart his entire chimney last spring to rescue a momma squirrel and her children. Men don't have to kill to be big manly men. It's the men who have compassion for all life who are the most manly of them all!❤

honestly, it's cute conceptually, but that much sugar can be seriously dangerous for a tiny rodent. especially all at once. like if he just lets her lick as much as was shown, that's fine, but any more can really cause health problems in a hurry.

I rescued a baby field mouse and named him Whiskers. I set him up in a large tank with a little cabin that he'd hoard his sunflower seeds in and sleep under. I swear he acted like a little dog and would come out when I called his name and just run in circles happy. Whiskers passed a few years ago but lived a total of 9 yrs and was an absolute light every single one. All life has a spark of the Divine and therefore is precious and to be cherished. 🐭❤️

Getting up every 2-3 hours for a baby mouse, now that’s devotion
I'm a mom and I don't remember working that hard at night.
Up every 4 hours to make my kitten a bottle.
2 years later, it was worth it.
There's plenty of puppies canines felines and other mamilian predator spiecies that are way more intelligent and emotionally complex and self aware than a rodent that he could have spent that time on

I remember when I was 14 yrs old my cat was trying to kill a mouse and ended up injuring the mouse and it was only 3 weeks old!!! I took her in and named her "Mouny" and helped her heal. I feed her, made sure her leg was healing. Once she was healed I let her go, 4 days later she came back to thank me. Molly's story is so inspiring.🥰

Amen to that! I even save spiders! I even had one that lived amongst all my 80+ plants that are in semi hydroponic inside my house. She never moved anywhere and stayed in the corner in the window. She was a good little spider and I named her Elvira . The only thing I have a hard time saving is roaches, but even they are pets to some people😂❤ ❤❤

What always amazes me in Geobeats story is how people are organized in terms of time, space and starting from the first second they find an animal in deadly situation. Thank God some people can provide for those poor animals

I agree. I rarely kill anything. I had a scorpion in my kitchen and I caught it and released it a couple miles from my home, and I get lots of mice in my home, I get rattlesnakes in my yard and just leave them be, and I catch at least 40 mice every year and let them go.

squirrels He has killed, He uses a cage trap to catch them, then He dips the cage into the river that is just down the road, and drowns every one of the squirrels He catches, He has killed at least 30 that I know of, what a JERK! Good People respect all living things.

I had one a long time ago, for 2 years; that's how long the vet said he was going to live. The morning I woke up and found him legs up, it was one of the saddest days of my life. Pippo was buried under an oak tree in the park.
THIS THIS is what it's all about! If this man's man handsome muscular grown man, can have such a sweet compassionate, caring heart, why can't we all do the same. No matter the size, the situation, when you have this love and compassion in your heart, that is all that maters as human. WE CAN ALLL learn from this man. WE need more people on this world like him.
