      Turbos have never been reliable from the start. Especially in SUV’s , where it tackles obstacles and high or low temperatures. Turbo’s compressed power can wear out overtime. Currently 850,000 Toyota tundra and sequoias are being recalled due to a part failure in the engine. So yeah as I quoted earlier great power and great responsibilities. By increasing the power the reliability of brand such as toyota has declined since 2 years. They are not able to maintain reliability in the Land Cruiser and LX600 in the middle east too. The TTV6 engines seem to have a flaw in which Toyota themselves don’t know. I am from Middle East and prefer natural breathing as a stock vehicle. I remember one time i was just driveing home from work. I live in a very hectic city lots of traffic and people who dont know how to drive. I was in a 4 door sedan an old xg350L. Hyundais first attempt at a luxury sports sedan. I was at a light. There was this big cadillac SUV who would not stop honking at me like crazy. Long story short he is upside down on the side of the road and im just trying to get as much distance from him because he tried to pull a gun and chase me.

    • @abdullahbinshahid3199
      @abdullahbinshahid3199 2 месяца назад

      You can't tune an engine like a sports car if it's going to go in a truck. You don't need that much torque in a light coupe and you can rely on the power however you need the torque to move a big ass truck. So naturally that's why torque/hp compromise occurs while tuning vehicles of different class. Same with the Toyota v6, in the Ls500 it makes the power equivalent to the total hybrid system hp of the sequoia but it's way less on torque.

      @abdullahbinshahid3199 still doesn't make sense for the Denali/ Escalade/ Tahoe 6.2 liter to have 420 hp 460 lbs-ft for as long as it has . Durango , Jeep Trackhawk, Expedition all have upgraded performance over the years , and not just engine performance. General motors needs better performance to compete with their competitors. They haven't even tried but are charging more money for their trucks as if they have did more with them . I'm a fan of how they used to compete, not what they're currently doing. I mean look at what they've done to the Blazer !! Why ?
