A bit of a different video today. I wanted to create a video that shared the symptoms my baby showed before I discovered that it was dairy affecting her, as well as the process of getting a non invasive allergy/intolerance test.
Please note I am not a medical or health professional, I am just a normal mum sharing my own experience. I may get things wrong in my explanations. Please do your own research and seek your own professional advice.
This was an intolerance test offered at our local health shop, but I had already practised cutting out dairy and noticed a difference.
