Man, I'm from Detroit originally. They'd have found her in a burnt up car in an alley on the west side if she tried that. It'd probably happen in broad daylight too.
Shed easily get off on these charges. Thats clear cut entrapment. If a police officer even an undercover one creates a situation where someone can break the law (I.E. offering a bribe to another police officer) thats textbook entrapment, which gets the whole department in trouble and she goes scottfree.
I love Daryl Meyer she's one of my favourite SoulSnack actresses but i hate to see her as a bad citizen i more prefer to see her playing a role of a good citizen and an upstanding member of the community.
This would make good for a future Soul Snack episode, where Sgt. Berada confronts Ofc. Adams for cuffing an elderly woman for feeding pigeons in the park and orders her twice to release her from the handcuffs. When Adams tries to argue over the elderly woman's release, Sgt. Berada tells her that both Capt. Porter and Sheriff Johnston have given her chance after chance to atone for her prior indiscretions but continues to foul up. Good episode title would be "Officer Karen Strikes Again"!!!
