Because it's true in real life in most of the scenarios, taking action is a much better option than waiting on something, though our actions should be legal and in accordance with the rules
i think iT's a mix of both because if you're not patient and think that every action's outcome is success, then you'll easily be demotiviated and if you are patient and never take action then you'll never achieve anything grand
