No dress code at the office where I work. I see dress shirts, suits, sweaters, distressed jeans and t-shirts, cleavage, bare tattooed arms and piercings and everything in between. It's super nice, as it shows that the clothes has nothing to do with the work. Nobody looks at my boobs or tattoos, only at their own work 😆

I think that dress codes are evil. I just think that you should just dress fashionablely. Don't worry about modesty or professionalizum. Simply avoid sweat pants and make sure you're butt doesn't stick out if you wear leggings. Mabey wear a shirt that covers you butt if your concerned. Any shoes will do except crocks unless you are a chef or in a medical profession in which case crocks are a great options Even cut flip flops work! Jeans are great as long as they aren't supper baggey or ripped. Tank tops are fine as long as your bobs aren't popping out.
My number one tip is wear your best office look the first day and look at how everyone else is dressing to determine how to dress
And sometimes you have to take id picture on first day so better be on your best.
