I love using foils. When you go to apply your foil layer, you can take the sheet you cut and crumple the entire thing into a ball and then lay it on your adhesive and press. You will get a completely different distressed look and it's ah-mazing! Changes the whole dynamics. Try it one time you'll see!! The rainbow is my favorite also but all of them are beautiful and so fun to work with 💜
OH MY GOSH... BE STILL MY HEART... You did it again... I literally "Gasped" when you took off that FOIL... WOW... So BEAUTIFUL.. This video is so great... and so are YOU... Thank you so much for sharing this great tutorial.
Thank you! I was given a Maker 3 for Christmas and haven’t figured a thing out, very frustrated. After watching this video my interest in learning is back again. I’ve subscribed to your channel and can’t wait for more videos!
Thank you for another awesome video. I almost bought this with my last purchase but wanted to see how to use it. Now I can buy it with confidence. You’re the best, Michael!
This might be the most satisfying and rewarding material yet!! So thankful for you and introducing us to this amazingness and how to use it. Worked perfect for me on my first try! I audibly gasped and squealed in delight after I ripped off the foil. I was like “OH MY GOSH. THIS IS THE COOLEST THING EVER! WOW.” My husband actually came in to check it out after hearing me, haha!
Thanks for giving us so much information, and a clean demo. I had some bad experiences with Cricut foils in the past ( 3-4 years ago) and just really avoided foils at all costs. So this made me interested again!
I watched this on replay...I have seen this before and didn't really pay attention...for sure now I am going to try it...thanks for another great video! I got a small cricut press pad that might work better...love seeing you use cricut press as that is what I have!
My very first big project I ever made was made using this material I made koozies for my little brother's wedding. The material is really amazing and the camera does not do it justice every single color is absolutely gorgeous!!! I am very happy that you made a larger image because I was having issues with larger images and now I know that it's not me 😂
It would be great if you could have the foil companies put together a special Crafty Pants starter set with smaller amounts of the foil and the adhesive paper for your customers. It is very expensive to buy a roll of each color and you know we won’t be happy until we have all the colors and prints! and the rolls are too large. That would be fantastic to get us all started on using their products, And of course once we use them we will figure out how to walk to work since gas is so expensive and buy the starter set! LOL just a thought. Thanks for sharing your talent with all of us.
I really need to try this on some bags before my next show, this looks awesome. I'm guessing it wouldn't work on anything that needs to be washed frequently, like shirts?
WOW! Now that is some beautiful work! Can you use this material on anything (sweatshirt, sweater, etc)? TY Michael aka Mr Crafty Pants! How's Morgan tonight?
Thank you for sharing… and it’s awesome to see a young person interested in doing crafts instead of always on a game or their phone…great job with your projects and loving how you make things simple and easy. Great teacher… I will subscribe and you are so adorable…
Great video! Can't wait to give this a try. Does anyone know what the difference is between the Siser EasyWeed Heat Transfer and StarCraft Heat Transfer Adhesive? I ordered the StarCraft by mistake.
This is a great project. Thank you. I’m having trouble with the adhesive though. It keeps coming up when I peel it. Should it be a cold peel? It’s hard to keep it tacked down. Even pressing for about 8 seconds.
So, now I think I have a new love! FOILS :D , but does it feel still give that vinyl feel to the shirt ,That is the main reason the majority of my shirts are done with Sublimation, because my customers don't like that thick, blocky vinyl feel on their shirts.
Question: what's the difference between doing this method as compared to just using Foil heat transfer? Wouldn't this be more steps? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm new to this so I'm just curious.
do u think u could use fabric mod podge as well?? i already have some foil its deco foil tho.. if not illl most likely purchase the siser stuff and try& c if i can get it2cut out!!
I really loved this. What is that adhesive stuff called? I am sorry I was working and trying to watch. I didn't know you needed that as well. Thank you for making this video because I got foil but didn't know you needed the other. Thank you.
This is frigging awesome. Thank you again.
You teach me more than anyone!
Thank you!
And I am enjoying Crafty

Hi Michael. Can this be used on wood, mugs, metal, paper etc? Can it be put in the washing machine or dishwasher? Thank you.
Next project try randomly laying your scraps of all colors on your adhesive area, covering everything and press. Pretty amazing results.
Amazing look!
Loved the video!!
That stuff is so awesome
Thanks for the share.
This is a great project. Thank you. I’m having trouble with the adhesive though. It keeps coming up when I peel it. Should it be a cold peel? It’s hard to keep it tacked down. Even pressing for about 8 seconds.
Bro, such a cool brotha! Keep at it! Nice crafts indeed!♥️💯

Great video 143 is a great place to order from and yes crafty pants is a good membership to pick up.
Really similar to the application of nail foil (without the Heat of course)
Beautiful

I love this stuff, it’s so much fun

That stuff is magic!
Mr. Crafty Pants....
Your always getting me into trouble! 😂
Love the projects. Is Siser easyweed htv - adhesive the same as cricut permanent vinyl? Thanks
Love the foil! Tip to cut the foil is to use a rotary cutter.

Looks awesome
# replay.... AWESOME MATERIAL, Love it! Thank You!!! for a wonderful tutorial as always. Can it be done on canvas?
do u think u could use fabric mod podge as well??
i already have some foil
its deco foil tho..
if not illl most likely purchase the siser stuff and try& c if i can get it2cut out!!
Tell cricket to make weights that fit over top of the EasyPress 2 that can be added when you need it.
Great idea!! They should also add in a digital gauge readout to tell you how much pressure your currently applying to your projects.
Love love love foils
Super cute 🥰
Can you use this foil with the foil transfer tool???
Can you use an iron instead of the easy press?
That was amazing!
MR CRAFTY. QUESTION CAN YOU ISE THE FOIL ON GLASS???
If you rip off the foil and all the foil didn't apply to design, could you put the foil back on it and repress?
Can you use other brand of foils as can't get that brand where I am?
ging to have to try this
Gorgeous another thing to do
Can you wash the garments? Please provide care instructions,
How would you do a test cut to not ruin too much material?
I'm in the UK & was wondering if there's a different sort of adhesive tape i can use apart from the siser one you mention?
Is this the foil that you can use with the cup tumblers.
Where can I purchase this foil?
I really loved this. What is that adhesive stuff called? I am sorry I was working and trying to watch. I didn't know you needed that as well. Thank you for making this video because I got foil but didn't know you needed the other. Thank you.
He's listed all of the materials in the video description. It's a Siser product 🙂
