I have the same brush guard. How far should the headlight covers stick off the fender? The guard does not adjust to the sides only up and down. My driver side sticks out a good 2” more then the passenger.
We had 2017 Tacoma they didn't have that option. Now soon, 2024 Tacoma "hybrid" we are thinking about buying - how are you gonna install that the hybrid battery compartment takes up the entire space behind the grille and it will not work...We tried ordering for Toyota Rav 4 2022 which is a hybrid - the dealership says it cannot install that type of guard. The only guard is the underside one that only covers the bumper/grille, We do not like that style because it does not cover the entire front like your video promoted.
Great question as I just had my brush guard installed and the air dam will have to be cut back/modified for it to be fit back in place. This was never noted and is a concern and will add to the expense of installation as this air dam will need some major modification or will be too flimsy with parts cut out for this guard.

@@franco7280 it’s should. The “clean the sensor” light my come on after about 10-15 minutes of driving but after a couple of days of driving, the sensor should recalibrate itself and you should be fine. It happened when I first installed the Trd pro grill and then after about a week it re-calibrated itself and it never lit up again until a year later when I put this brush guard on and I lt did the same thing and after a week now I drive for 20 to 25 minutes a day and the light doesn’t come back on so I’m good now.
Thinking of getting this brush guard for my 2019 Tacoma, but i am concerned about interference with the adaptive cruise control or proximity sensor. Has anyone who has purchased this item had any problems with the sensor?
Just installed my extreme terrain brush guard on my Toyota.... when I opened it found a scratch ..... I’m not tripping but anyone know the best way to repair it?
Im hoping someone can help. I have a 2019 Rav4, and i live in white tail country. Does anyone know who makes a front/grill guard for my vehicle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That brush guard looks as ugly as ugly can get & if that insults anyone then chew on a bag of sour apples...toyota needed to put a bumper on these tacomas & put a real metal bed in the back they have cut back on quality & yet jacked their prices up every year by 2 grand to where these trucks are becoming unaffordable...I recently priced 2020 models 4×2s non trd models & 4x4s & crazy as it is some 4x2s not even trds are higher then 4x4s???? Toyota has officially become greedy the markups on all their tacomas are outragously high & people need to become mentally strong to boycott these manufactures from buying their vehicles till they come down thousands they are over rated & over priced I personally will be looking into jeep least I can get steel bumper & a 4x4 model for less then the tacomas...
Jeeps have one of the worse safety ratings out there and are among one of the higher risk vehicles to have a rollover. Sure this grill may not be to your standards of good looks it sure as hell will protect the front from rock haulers and any object that flies over to you.

If I would want to keep the air dam, can it be notched out to go around the brackets and reinstall?
i never tried, but i’m sure it’s possible, it’ll just be really tedious

This was my first thought. With some masking tape and a Dremel I'm sure it can be done, I just don't know if I want to cut up the airdam like that.
Anywhere I can buy just the hardware?
same😭
I always see this truck. What kind of fuel wheels?

IF YOU HAVE A TRD PRO GRILL IT WILL INTERFERE WITH THE FRON SENSOR

No issues on my 2020 Taco. I have this exact grill in chrome
In most cases the sensor is behind the Toyota emblem and as long as nothing is directly in front it should work fine
Just installed my extreme terrain brush guard on my Toyota.... when I opened it found a scratch ..... I’m not tripping but anyone know the best way to repair it?
With the open front, how does it interfere with the sensor?
It doesnt
Will this fit a. 2021 Toyota Tacoma
Yes it will! -Zach
Do you make one for a 2019 Rav4?
We currently do not carry any parts for the Toyota's Rav4. Sorry, Laura! -Zach

Will this fit a 2022?
Yes! 2016 and newer! :)
So if you hit something going slow instead of buying a new bumper your car is totaled cause itll have a bent frame
The mounting brackets are softer than the frame. It will bend first to give margin from impact.
@@bmwmsport11 Sounds like itll still bend the frame to me
