Bam is the perfect example of a tiny dog living her best life in the country!!
The turkey who follows you like a dog is the best!
All your animals look so happy you are doing so amazing!
Thank you!! 😊
Have you seen that Save A Fox is looking to place 500 foxes from a fur farm into rescues? I think they have almost placed the first 100 but so many more to go and for now they stay in very crowded cages at the fur farm. If you could even take a couple it would help and these foxes have never touched the ground in their lives! Imagine how wonderful of a life they could have in that awesome 20x20 enclosure you just built?! I know you aren’t looking for animals to rescue necessarily but these guys sure could use your help and they let you choose who you want, and you can pick a family pack too.
Nice! You all just win the lottery 😂? I'm, gobsmacked. Glad you're able to do your thing.
Great premiere tonight you 2
It would be pretty cool for you guys to make a map of the land with all the enclosures so we can kind of visualize where things are and stuff
Skunks are such adorable animals! I saved one that was having trouble escaping from my parent's pool years ago and while I didn't touch it personally (I used a shovel to scoop it up) I felt a weird bond with it. They have a lot of personality! A shame that their defense mechanism makes so many humans treat them as a threat or annoyance. The smell is definitely bad, but it's important for wild skunks and they're peaceful animals otherwise. They'll only spray if they feel threatened, after all (and I was able to scoop one up with a shovel without it spraying, so they don't seem to be "trigger happy").
Big things happening here. I gotta admit i was having a hard time envisioning it at first but now, now we're really able to see the scale of what yall are working on here and im blown away. The animals in your care are truly getting the care they deserve. So good to see. Too many channels on RUclips exploiting animals for views and not giving them proper space and care. This makes me very happy to see.
Also, i have a pair of barred owls out back here, pretty sure its owlett/egg season right now.
Oh that skunk has such a cute face ❤ x
Chloe reminds me so much of my girl Lexi! I had her with me all day, everyday for almost 15 years! Bully breeds are the BEST!
Great video, but I was completely distracted by that magnificent turkey 😂💚
It is looking fantastic and everything is coming along so quickly and beautifully. All of the animals so far look like they're living their best lives in their new homes. Ya'll keep up the good work and blessings for many donations to accomplish your dream sanctuary.
As a first generation Floridian, I’m loving following this and can’t wait to visit! You guys should be a preserve!
Great enclosure for that baby! She seems comfortable & engaged!
Them trees are massive!! They gotta be old af! Beautiful. Y’all’s funny 😂
Love you two! Cant wait for gator pond!
She's so cute🦨.
I love the skunk’s new “palace”. Such a lucky skunk❣️
Wow, you guys have been busy!! It's looking wonderful so far, great job - Thanks for sharing!!
I love how skunks pounce on their front feet when they get mad. Just to cute, then they turn and our dogs have found out they turn they get sprayed.. lol ya 3 times from the cute skunks that get into our back yard, 2-4 of the dogs are stinky. 😂😂😂😂 and I love this enclosure for the play ground. Awesome, tfs ❤😊
The fennec fox is too stinking cute
everything is coming together!!! I just know it's going to be amazing...well it already is but it'll get better and better. you and Chris will be teaching so many people about animals they'd usually only see in a zoo. I love it so much Gabby!!!

Omg! It’s coming along so beautifully ❤ incredible all the progress you’ve done in 9 months! Also, Bambi is a rockstar lol she’s too cool for school 😊
Looking great ❤
Skunks are such beautiful creature. For being “not done” that’s a very nice enclosure for the foxes. Ya’ll really are setting the standard for animal care. The coatis look so healthy.
Thank you so much!
You guys have endless energy with your interesting videos.
You two are inspiring me to live out my dream!!! Keep up the good work!
Beautiful work up to now, congrats...!
Defiantly got a sanctuary now... well done. Looks amazing even though i know it's not "finished" (knowing you two... it will never be lol).
Also, good to see you two in a better place mentally. I hope you had a good Christmas and new year.
this is so chill and precious I love it!
Beautiful cages! Can't wait to see the place in a couple of years.
Your sanctuary is really looking amazing! So
Many Coaties in Florida being kept as pets. They are lucky to have ended up in your care! How come skunks 🦨 aren’t here in Florida in the wild? They seem to be all over the US but not here in Florida?
Oh love you guys and what you do
First the best wishes for 2024 and keep healthy. I have try a few times to send some money for the animals but get my money back from PayPal, i have done it now again and hope it will work this time. Greetings from the Netherlands.
I love the work and commitment to the animals u guys do..hope to see more of ur sanctuary..
Keep it up!
Watching from New Zealand. Love what you guys are doing for these animals. Your enclosures look amazing. I love seeing all the cute wee wild animals that we dont have here, which is pretty much most of what you find in other countries. We do however have some gorgeous unique native birds and a native reptile that is often called The worlds only living fossil, due to the fact that it hasn't changed from its ancestors over 200million years ago.
Keep up the great work I always get excited when I see a new upload from you both.
Gabby didn’t u guys used to have two of those little foxes? Jet? Didn’t he have a buddy u introduced him to?? Or am I crazy lol.. I’m so proud of you guys it looks beautiful
The peat can get soggy you may want to throw in 2-3 bags of wood chips spread around. Just a suggestion
Thanks! This one is from tractor supply and has been really good! We haven’t had any problems yet with getting too wet, and the enclosure os completely covered on top. We will add chips if we have any issues !
Good work Chris, it's going to be amazing when it's finished. I've just shared on Facebook for you mate..
We had a wild skunk that came on our porch and stole the pumpkin this Oct. It took it half way down our hill ate a good bit and left lol. So maybe she will eat it or play with your pumpkins. Either way such a cool fun habitat.
Love and miss yall !
Excited about the gators next !!!!!!!!!!
So you used coated-wire as the flooring, I really think you need to use stainless. My soil PH is 5 & my ground-contact galvanized cage-wire doesn't even last two years. You should also take note that wood-treatment was changed in 2004 from arsenic to liquid-copper so any ground-contact posts will rot in about 6 years down here in our tropical-climates. Before you fill in that trench you might also put in some underground gel CAT6 or gel CAT7 for NVR security cameras.
Amazing setup either way, congrats on having so much to play with.
My chicken coop is built basically the exact same way. My main issue in my coop is every year a rat-snake sneaks in at night & crushes but don't kill my hens, I always end up finding the snake within 14 days.
14 gauge stainless would be thousands of dollars, do they even make 14 gauge stainless steel enclosure wire?! We are doing the best we can. These enclosures alone have costed us over $15,000!
@@FloridasWildest I agree it might be expensive but two years was a waste of money in my yard. IDK what requirements you might have but maybe it would be cheaper to just do 24 inch sheets on the outer parameter of the pole-cages instead of the entire bottom. When I pulled up my rusted wire there were sharp rusted-tips of wire everywhere.
Eveything needs to be 14 gauge minimum and hog ringed together with 14 gauge rings. This is what most people in Florida use. Ive never heard of anybody using stainless steel for any enclosures! FWC has super specific requirements.@@SlackerU
Beautiful enclosures! It’s looking great guys!
I want one 😍.... love it 💞
Great enclosures can’t wait to see the place keep growing!!!!!!!!
❤
you two are doing an amazing job! So beautiful to see this project come into fruition

It's well on the way to AMAZING guys! Well done and congrats in building your dreams!
Chunck skunk.....are the nails supposed to be so long? For digging? Wild....Are they solitary or can you put another one in it?
Doing such good work!!!!
Great work! God bless...
Can u pour sand into the concrete pond? I’d imagine the soft ground may provide some relief for the gators
Asami is so sweet! If you don't mind me asking, what happened to Jinora the fennec?
Please watch our most recent video
I just did! Thank you for responding ❤
Beautiful enclosure!
What’s a class 3 animal?
Animals are classified into three classes in Fl, class 1 class 2 and class 3. All require a permit, and the lower the number, the higher the regulations and requirements
@@FloridasWildest Thank you! I had no idea what the classifications were. So, what would be the Florida classification for a coatimundi or even a jaguarundi?
@@dartmart9263 you can go to the FWC website and they’ll tell you for each animal
@@FloridasWildest thanks. Will do
We need a bam enclosure 😂 jk
I miss Gabby's sweet face. 😞
What is a class 3 animal? i'd be interested in an explainer vid of different animal classes and what that means
When you sharpen your Chainsaw blade could each stroke on each tooth. If not it won't cut straight. You will have problems
Count how many times you sharpen each tooth.
Where are you guys I live in Clearwater
How will you make your Crock enclosure escape proof. They can be dangerous.
What happened to jets friend?
Count each stroke on each tooth
Hopefully it's far enough away from your house...😷
haha she doesn't spray!
