This is an amazing specimen, it's so large and healthy.
I have a small one purchased this year, I am looking forward to seeing it develop and become a bush, like yours.
I am also interested in how yours will evolve, I think you're the first I'm saw growing it like a regular vanda, bareroot.
Mine is in a small, 6 cm pot, with bark and sphagnum, and it's really enjoying it. I also get a feeling it likes water, but not to stay soggy, when ch is good, since the small pot dries up fast.
Oh, I wish we had a bit of cooler, wetter temperature here as well, my summer is sizzling at over 30 degrees C.
I hope mine stays as happy and healthy. So far the only thing it grew in my care were spikes and roots, so it is not confirmed yet that it will like my care. It's growing beautiful root tips, but I hope the setup isn't too dry in the long run. The weather is crazy this year. :o Have a wonderful weekend anyway! :)

What a beautiful plant! Maybe you should sterilize any old media either in the microwave for a few minutes or boil in water. You could also put in the oven for a few minutes, but it might be a good idea in case there are pests. You never know...

It's doing okayish, but I should water it way more often. It's suffering from drought, I fear. :/
My neo is only just coming into bloom .. we have had the mildest spring I've ever experienced, and I feel as though the majority of my orchids are 5 weeks behind other years. I know we have talked about CareCollabs, we have a Neo one coming up 3rd week of July IF you would like to join. I am not trying to impose anything on you, but seeing this video and then leaving a comment... eventually the video would air, I didnt want you to feel ignored, just in case you might think, hey... I would have been able to join 😬 love that little basket set up 🤩
