hi thank you for the free scripts it is very wonderful! however i am having issue with the muscle rig function, everytime if my object's center is not in the world origin the empties are created away from the model do you know how can i fix it?

Not currently, but it can certainly be modified to do so. But I just use Blender's Grab brush (sculpt mode) for smaller deformations.
